Hey Bendrr sounds like my symptoms years ago. I'm female so when I went to see the doctor he chocked it up to me ovulating. (sorry guys, too much detail?) Anyways he prescribed demoral, well the days after I got pretty sick, throwing up, in major pain, and finally I was taken back to emergency, well hey, they did a simple blood test right there, found that my "white blood cells" I can't remember either too low or too high and they narrowed it down to appendicitis, now I was in for emergency surgery, because it had gone on for too many days. Had the surgery, I'm fine.
Sometimes the symptoms with appendicitis are not text book, so you have to push the doctors a little harder. Hope your feeling better Bendrr.

Welcome Jill, tis the weekend to get friendly. I have four days off now. Although tomorrow I will be dedicating it to making as many perogies as I can.
ok so it is his anniversary for one year in the forum today.
this morning he got up to find his house rabbit oscar was flopped on the floor, so he took him to the vets but before he got there it had died.
he had the rabbit for 3 years, you know how you get attatched to cats and dogs, well this is the same.

I have lost many a cats to motor vehicles. and now in my later life I have come to love dogs too. We have two dogs in our life, one just happened into our life almost three years ago. She is a beautiful husky/sheppard mix. An awsome dog with the kids and a great protector out camping. If something was to happen to her, I would just want to crawl into a hole until I could find a dog like her to replace. She is a gem.

i just phoned my daughter who is 23 years old, and she is graduating from college in toronto this june.
i thought because there were some great flight offers that i would be spontaneous and be there for her graduation and just do a mother daughter thing of celebrating.
well i just phoned her, to tell her that i would like to be there, and she hits me with the bombshell that my parents will be there and staying with her.

Hey DJ, I forgive you These boards are hard to follow. I believe my daughter knows I love her, as far as biting my tongue, I wouldn't have one left after being in the company of my mom. And as for my dad he is a "pussy whipped elder" , moulded by my mom, the matriarch. (sarge we called her, when we were growing up) Like I said we have a history, if you go on a previous thread of mine, I'd have to look for it, but it was denying jw grandparents to see non jw grandkids. I will not subject my younger ones to her and as soon as I open to door to me, she will want to see the kids and they will want to do that in return and I don't have the time or energy mentally to do that. Its hard enough bringing children up in this world with the everyday worries and concerns of a normal parent, then to introduce them to dysfunctional jw life.
(((DJ))) I have a wonderful mother in law too, isn't that great. I don't think I'd be as strong if I didn't have the support from my husband and his family. I have basically been disowned by my family, being cast out like a black sheep, but I have gained another mom and dad, my in-laws. They love me dearly and I love them dearly too.

I hear you on the mother issue. Your mother sounds like my mother, blah, blah, blah. She does all the talking for herself and my dad.
I told xjw that there was no way in hell you'd catch me travelling with them for two days. I don't think stomach tranquilizers would help. Valium maybe, or just an lethal injection. Just kidding.
