by Chap inif god spoke to a man and told him to write down what he said, how are we to distinguish this writing from other people who say god spoke to them?
we know the human beings can lie about anything for any reason.
if a writing supposedly contains prophesy, some say it wasn't prophesy and was written after the fact.

Proof of the resurection of Jesus Christ?
by Chap ina while ago, i think abaddon and others asked for secular accounts for christ's resurection in response to something i wrote.
i believe i stated that if jesus didn't rise from the dead, everything else in christianity would be moot.

by Chap inas far as i know, most people believe there was nothing, then it happened, then there was something, which still exists today.
is what most people believe possible?
is the truth able to be determined logically?

Resurection of "Can any believer answer this?"
by Chap inhi all.. there was an interesting thread a while back that i have a few things to add to.
i am new so i didn't know if anyone would see a post i would put there since the thread happened a few months ago.

What is the relationship; God - Man - Tree
by Chap inassuming that the god of the bible is the creator of all things, what would you consider to be the most accurate relationship of each and why?
my perception is that how we explain this tells a lot about our world view and whether or not we believe in the god of the bible.. .
1) god = highest life form man = high life form tree = low life form.
