  now, the war is over, the weapons were not used and of course have not been found.. how threatening could they be if they did not even use them when being invaded by a massive force (of the countries they hate)?!

  perhaps, as many suspect, they didn't use them because they didn't have them?.

  now we're being told that we'll have to be patient and give them time to find them.

  We can split hairs and say the US didn't actually supply the "mustard gas" but they did approve of the shipment of cemicals used in the manufacturing of mustard gas.

  well, that certainly goes directly against this quote from cnn (that i already provided):

  if the u.s. approved of these shipments, then why would they fine the companies? i think youre confusing anti-american propaganda with facts.

  Well now. That just proves that the U.S. CIA thugs supplying the materials and technology were breaking their OWN laws on export of the components of mustard gas. They conducted themselves above the law and were co-conspirators to have corporations break export law. A slap-on-the wrist-fine was probably just for show, the profits on this sale would surely be worth the price of the contracts...

  If the WTS is ready and eager to file lawsuits for ITS interests such as human rights or religious freedom issues, or the right to go door-to-door unimpeded, or hiding behind "copyrights" to prevent embarrasing information from being posted on the Internet, then, they are fair game as far as I am concerned.

  Consider the FACTS of this case carefully, before dismissing it as "frivolous". If it happened to your own family, perhaps you may be of a different opinion. The WTBTS is a corporation like few others, because it has taken the mantle of spiritual guidance in people's lives, and exerts a cultic influence in those lives.

  It's up there with suing McDonalds for a hot cup of coffee dropped in ones lap.

  I used to think as you did re: this infamous McDonald's case. I used to consider this a frivolous case also.

  But over time, I've changed my mind about tort-reform, and I feel now that it is our last line of defence against corporations' misdeeds. Specifically, giving corporations 'personhood' and 'human rights' is risky and open to abuse and misbehavior. They must be held responsible for their actions, too, especially when many of these firms are going global. Similarly, the use of lawsuits should be an effective tool to reign in the corporate misdeeds of the publishing corporation known as the WTBTS. Remember, the WTS will spare no expense to guard ITS rights and privileges!

  And then, at the end of a life of faithfully serving Jehovah unpaid voluntary slave labor, they are encouraged guilted to will their assets to the Society in the furtherance of the "worldwide voluntary Bible educational" work preaching the Good News about a Kingdom that is about to destroy virtually the entire world population and its institutions including World Trade Center (oops somebody already took care of that for them) and other prominent worldy buildings...

  if you were to tell a witness that they were "brainwashed" or that they were "under mind control", they certainly would not rationally accept it.the reason is because witnesses cannot distinguish between mind control and "obeying the faithful and discreet slave".

  it is only after a person stops exposing himself to the subtle mind controlling tactics of the watchtower that a person can see how thoroughly duped they are in their beliefs.

  how might you be able to tell that you are no longer your own person, able to make your own decisions in your life?

  i have seen comments by jw's who support the notion that there is a group of "special men" like russell that jehovah has selected to write down the "inspired" thoughts through watchtower and awake and other publications.. .

  first of all, the bible tells us that god "cannot lie" and every "inspired utterances are true".

  that being the case, how can the truth of god originate in lies by a man, russell, who was heavily involved in the occult.?

  Excellent. Thank you for that link. Trevor Scott simply puts Schmitz Heinz out of his misery there.

  What I didn't know, was how the WTS slagged Israel for using the UN and related institutions for "defending human rights", which is the noble purpose supposedly behind the WTS' duplicity in fornicating with that very scarlet-colored wild beast!

  It is apparent that the WTS will stoop to no end of hypocrisy in order to further it's own goals in stifling "persecution" (like Bulgaria) and promoting the "preaching of the Good News of the Kingdom" where a butcher in the sky takes out over 99.9% of the planet's population...

  Obviously, "defending human rights" and "freedom of religion" and other noble UN goals are only supposed to be for WTS' consumption, under their purview. Everyone else need not apply.

  Apparently, from what I can gather in previous requests some time ago for these, Osarsif had over 4GB of posts from 1996-2001, and probably some of the most complete archives anywhere.

  Too bad all that got lost with your machine .

  Nowadays, I have DVD rewriteable backup, extra HDs, i guess we all live and learn!
