  men or women who cheat on thier spouses, not just once, but repeatedly, with various people.

  Abusive=cheating?

  Hopefully I know myself well enough to know I wouldn't cheat. I do know myself well enough that I'm certain I won't stay in an abusive relationship. I only spent a brief period of time in one, very brief.

  Not the same thing! Each situation is unto itself a unique situation. That is all. I dislike judgmentalism in general. No worries Stacy, this comment was not directed towards you. It was directed towards anyone who would prematurely judge others for their behaviour without knowing the back story.

  in my year and a half as a member of a couple ex-jw forums i have seen what i perceive to be a massive error on both my part and the part of others.

  the mistake is this: judgeing someone simply from their on-line personality and statements.

  i see it time and time again.

  Each situation is an entity unto itself and therefore should be looked at that way. For anyone to make any broad, sweeping judgements is unfair at best and ignorant at the very least.

  i went to a party last night.

  as i stood there enjoying the gratifying numbness of a bourban, i couldn't help but feel a vast disconnect between myself and the scene at hand: ridiculously loud music with the bass at three times it's normal level, sweaty bodies smoking with abandon the filthy weeds between their fingers, people coming in the door shouting a barbaric "what up!

  My first act as a hockey captain would be to recruit Jo and Eye as defensemen (err defensewomen). Afterwards we could all go back to my place to watch cartoons and drink hot cocoa with marshmallows served to us by my skinny butler Expat...LOL!

  some time back, when i was heading to work, a woman sat beside me in the subway car.

  after a few moments, she glared at me, and said, ?can?t you move your knees closer together????

  being accustomed to hearing stupid, trivial complaints, my response was quick.
