Bryan, that is the reason I haven't shown any of the material to my parents. My father already won't talk to me and my mother only talks to me when she has to. If I were to show the information to them I am sure I would find myself in front of another JC being df'd for apostacy. I'm holding onto the tenuous relationship that I have with them for now.

I'm not going to go into a long point by point discussion with you on evolution. Partially because I think it's best for people to do their own research and partially because I can't. I understand most of the basic concepts of evolution but not the minutae. I'm still studying it myself. One of the most simple examples of modern evolution, observable in our time, is insects abilities to become resistent to pesticides in a matter of years. Or viruses abilty to do the same with antibiotics. Fascinating stuff eh?

Alan. I would have to had actually mentioned it to someone to have received punishment.
One thing I have been considering doing is using my newfound skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and working up a little brochure to hand to the dubs that I keep running into in exchange for taking the WT and Awake from them. I'd make it look as innocuous as possible. I wonder if I could get anyone to read it...

I am boycotting Yahoo as the reason they are not doing anything about these stories is because of economic gain. I won't use their chat, im, search or news service ever again.
