Early on when I joined this forum about 13 years ago, someone told me not to give too much information all at once--sometimes we get so trusting and want to pour out our heart and tend to give too much information that may work to our disadvantage.
There is a need in cyberworld to be very selective in what we share. I like the title you gave your thread "New circle of friends takes time". It truly does take time to create history with another.
There are a number of options:

you have been warned. If you don't accept the the watchtower's propaganda YOU will be deemed a goat and therefore be doomed to destruction.
The lunacy of this teaching takes my breath away and yet I believed it and taught it. I can still see my father writing GOAT on the territory card next to the householders name.
The new teaching hasn't strayed too far from the old. Now they say that a householder is making known whether he is a sheep or goats by the way he treats the witness and his message.

Sharing new light

this weeks wt study.. i let him roll on for a while then pulled out an old catholic douay version dated 1962.. made sure he saw the cross on the front cover, he didn't want me to open it up ha ha.
i insisted he would appreciate the comparison with christendom's bible which of course renders .

I would say that the number increases every year. But since they have claimed that the number of GENUINE anointed is very small, I doubt they would be truthful about reporting an accurate number.
