The recent Royal Commission hearings have stirred up my emotions ....
by troubled mind ini hope the royal commission will be able to force the jw organization to take a serious look at itself ,and will cause some much needed changes.. i have been following the trial faithfully ,and unfortunately it has dredged up some deep pains from years ago .
you think some of that old baggage is neatly packed away never meant to see the light of day again .....but then boom there it is again .. hearing what bcg had to go through, and how she felt trying to get help from the elders was heart-wrenching.
i remember the terrible way young women were treated in the 1970's .

for me in no order;.
that the wt considers sex crimes against children of little importance.

- Elders' knowledge of watchtower policies is limited .
- Watchtower leaders are unwilling to admit to errors and come clean
- They will never change their 2 witness rule of their own volition , only if they are forced.

I mentioned it to a pioneer. She said she doesn't follow anything like that. And after all these are probably lies because the JW broadcast warned about this in last months' broadcast. Cognitive dissonance at its best. -

l just had a discussion with my uber Dub father about the RC in Australia
by joe134cd injust jotting this down while it's fresh in my mind.. joe= apparently they have got issues over in australia at the moment with sex abuse, and this time the government got involved.. dad=yeah they mentioned this at the assembly last weekend.
apparently so they said all religions and organisations are been investigated.
joe= kind of seems funny how the only 2 religious groups been interviewed so far are the catholics and jws.

by associated press 1:47pm, august 5, 2015. the delaware attorney general's office is suing a jehovah's witnesses congregation in sussex county, claiming that elders failed to report an unlawful sexual relationship between a woman and a 14-year-old boy, both of whom were congregation members.. oral arguments in the civil action are set for november.. authorities say elders learned in january 2013 that katheryn harris carmean white was having sex with the boy and failed to immediately call a child abuse hotline.. the congregation's attorney argues that the elders are protected by clergy privilege from the reporting requirements, similar to the confidentiality of a church confessional.. carmean white, who worked as a teacher's aide at seaford middle school, was later convicted of rape and child endangerment and sentenced to six years in prison..

it boils down to the fact that stewart outright accused the latest witness of misleading the royal commission and this lead to some document searches which led his honour to conclude that they had been protecting mr jackson.
this was a warm and fluffy moment folks.................brilliant stuff!!!!!

by leavingonthenextplane inthey are told that persecution is coming and that all will see it.. they are told that there will be lies in the media about us.. they even give the old brother king interview about brothers being jailed.
the last sentence tony the tiger damn near screams at the camera to stay faithful you integrity keepers... he knows your fathers and husbands may be going to jail.
