Australia's royal commission into child sexual abuse has issued formal notices for documents
by Sol Reform incommission is still calling for more victims to come forward.. .
the commission has in place a program to minimise the risk of ''vicarious trauma'' for its 74 staff that includes six commissioners led by justice peter mclellan.. vicarious trauma is a name for the psychological impact people may experience through first-hand exposure to survivor's accounts of trauma.
research suggests symptoms are similar to those of direct trauma exposure including social withdrawal, anger, physical illnesses and sleeplessness.

No I am not really in Greenland. I should see about getting that out. But I don't believe I can do it myself. I should ask one of the moderators.
A number of years ago I gave out a little too much information here and was "discovered" by some local ex witnesses that could have gotten me in trouble hence the Greenland.

Pre-cleaning the district convention venue
by hoser inthis year as with every previous year a letter was read on how we can honor jehovah by helping to clean the stadium where the district convention is held.. does the watchtower get a break on the rent if the dubs do a major cleaning of the stadium?
sounds like slave labour to me.. .

Makes me wonder what arrangement they make with the stadiums. I know the last couple of weeks there has been a real push to take time off work and go to the pre-cleanining. They even want the dubs to bring buckets and mops.
I have been wondering what happens in places where unions are in place. How could watchtower get away with cleaning in cities where cleaning staff is unionized?

Horrible murder of young girl in Italy
by wannaexit inthis is a very tragic and sad story.. a young 16 year old girl was stabbed 20 times and then burned still alive by her 17 year old boyfriend.
the article says her parents are jw's.
the funeral talk was given in the local stadium by a jw minister .
