Calling All Aussies - Lets Get Together
by kelpie ini must start by saying i am upset because i was going to attend my very first ex jw meet up this weekend and it has been canceled so i am not happy about that.. i thought that maybe we can organise our own meet up in australia.
i know it happens all the time in america because there seem to be more of them in this forum that get together.. as i have only just recently left the borg i would love to meet some people that are going through the same thing.. i would be happy to organise it.. of course everyone is invited not just us aussies!!!
would love you to come.. what do you think??

I am open to any suggestions and ideas, especially with what you did at other "fests".. Of course we would all love it in our home town but I would go by majority wins.

Needs to catch up with the times I think
My sister divorced her husband because he commited adultery and she still had to go on restrictions because of it. Couldnt answer any questions on marriage etc. Go Figure -

i could have sworn during class that they said that birthdays were allowed, just the cake and singing were pagan.

I went to PS in 94. I dont ever remember them saying that birthdays are fine. That is always one thing that makes J Dubs stand out differently from everyone else. Is the fact they dont celebrate birthdays

I had a visitor last night...

Being an aussie girl who was raised on a farm herself I must say that I would rather live in country where snakes are one of your worst worries then in a country where you have to look out for bears.!!!
At least with snakes if you make noise and cause vibrations they will go the other way.. A bear would come torward you wouldnt it??

Halloween isnt too big in Australia so I cannot comment on that. My favorite food of all time is pasta and sauce made by my partner who is an italian
