Glad you saw the letter. Whew!
there is a new blood letter from the society dated january 3, 2006. it is to be read to all congregations on january 30, 2006. it is six pages long and is to replace the directives on blood outlined in 1995. it was accompanied by a note that said that the old directives were to be destroyed.
i tried to upload the pages but i just don't know how.
i don't have any more time as i have to get to work.

I scanned the 6 pages into my Microwoft Word. I did it fast because I "borrowed" the letter from the files Kingdom Hall and had to return it. So then I saved the pages and named then. Then I opened a photobucket account and downloaded the saved pages.
Now I am getting this error message: *One or more pictures has an invalid format (jpg|gif|png|bmp|tif|swf)
What to do..... what to do?

If the numbers go up the Watchtower says it is because Jehovah is blessing the organization as evidenced by the fine increase.
If the numbers go down the Watchtower says it is because Jehovah is blessing the organization by weeding out the wicked ones.
They know how to swing both ways!

many of you may not see immediately how important this matter is.
beyond the other legal ramifications, i.e, the wts lying about secular info., intentional deception, etc., the blood issue is a huge one.
After some though, I agree Deputy Dog,
The blood issue is their Kool Ade.

did jesus (yah'shuah) have dreadlocks?
today, many who have dreadlocks as a casual hairstyle know very little about the origins of dreadlocks.
Dora,
Even with all of this, Samson would still probably not have had dreadlocks in the Rastafarian sence of the word, simply because he was ethnically Hebrew, not Kenyan or Nubian.
Have you seen the hair of some Hebrews? It is just as curly and kinky as the hair of black races.

Eduardo Leaton Jr., Esq. you are absolutely wrongI
I know of three people who died from refusing blood, all in one congregation. The congregants were not appalled or alarmed. In fact, this was seen as a good thing, an honorable thing, a testiment to their strong spiritual faith. Their families were congratulated for having such strong members that they would die for Jehovah.
Most Jehovah's Witnesses blindly follow the lead of those in charge, without question, without thought.
This organization is a Jonestown waiting to happen.

Hello Gerard. Nice to meet you.
I believe that by championing the cause of bloodless surgery, the WBTS has actually influenced advancements in this field. So, while it is true that their contribution to the science of medicine was not a direct one, and was done for all the wrong reasons, they have certainly made physicians aware that doing surgery without blood in some cases can be done successfully.
I am not a Watchtower apologist.
you get oodles of help citing your scriptures properly a tale of reverse psychology.
when a member leaves a close-knit religious order, like the truth, his former friends have no choice than to shun him.
if he was in the right he wouldn't have left.
I laughed and laughed and laughed!

I believe we can all agree that the WBTS has made great strides in the field of bloodless surgery. I, for one, am thankful for this.
But that is not the point. The point is that they will not allow their members to made an informed decision on whether to accept blood or not.
If given the opportunity who would not opt for bloodless surgery given all the risks of a blood transfusion. But I want the choice, I am an adult and I believe that I should have the right to choose for myself to accept blood or not and not have my choice legislated by a religious organization for fear of expulsion.
