Hey abaddon,

I suppose you should be thanked for demonstrating what Bergman's experiences with athiests has largely been, namely, "they lack morals, honesty, compassion and often a sense of humanity".

I don't recall identifying myself as a Christian here. Creationists are found over the whole religious spectrum lest you're not aware. You've assumed too much and idenitified yourself as the intellectual fool you really are.

Intellectual charlatans like yourself deliberately design their arguments around the more complex issues to take the focus from their lack of foundational support. It's a strategy that works well when others don't understand it. You remind me of the carpenter that scratches his head trying to figure out how to get his more complex roof structure to fit in when all the time his problem lies in his foundations not being true and solid.

So what does our bone-headed carpenter do? Why, he screams and curses and blames everyone else for making a fool of him. He has no answers. I take my hat off to you---through "bait and switch" you don't have to address the fundamentals---you've done a fine job of diverting!!

ive been looking at an interesting site by a woman who receives transmissions from aliens called the zeta.

apparently the world as we know it will end may 15th when planet nibiru / marduk passes so close to our earth that an apocalypse will occur.

it last passed by when the noachian flood occurred.

Hey Francois,

The perturbations of the outer planets 'downwards' have been known for a few decades. The cause is the mystery. A brown dwarf star is a reasonable culprit. It is virtually invisible without the use of infrared telescopy. It is theorized that it would react with the sun when it breached the outer solar system and burst into a red fireball. NASA engaged a USAF C141 Starlifter fitted with infrared equipment to scan the outer atmosphere during the 1980's. A claim was made circa 1983 that they did sight it. (A Rand think tank spokesman has recently and openly stated that no public warning would be issued if the authorities knew of an impending celestial disaster.) A report got issued from a NASA source (as I recall) and one of the newpapers which carried the story was Melbourne, Australia's HeraldSun. A military fellow stationed in Guam in December of 1982 (again, as I recall) also confirmed the veracity of these flights.

Your colorful analogy is mute when one considers the recent large comets(NEAT) and a NearEarthObject that caught every star-gazer off guard. Presently, the sun is exhibiting incredible solar flaring. I presume you know about this. What causes this no-one is venturing to say.

I guess I'm one of those whom you labelled "hard-heads" that believe in The Great Flood. Insofar as population demographics go the archaeological evidence suggests that pre-flood populations were global and millions, if not billions. The hard evidence exists in archaeological and geological discoveries. Mathematically, it is feasible, discounting wars and pestilences,etc., that world populations could well exceed today's 6 billions commencing from one couple as close as 5000 years ago. The survivors of The Great Flood knew of the conditions in the pre-flood world and their descendants took, and in some cases embellished, the stories they were told as they moved out around the world. The similarities of flood stories around the globe is thus not too difficult to comprehend.

Harrington said it would more likely be sighted in the Scorpius constellation, while myth and others claim it would be sighted in Taurus. McCanney currently says that he has sighted nothing which resembles a PlanetX type of stellar body.

Hey abaddon, let me get this straight: if you don't believe in intelligent design does this mean this is not an intelligent discussion?

And why have you blended morality with physicality to obfuscate the two? Is it because you wish to dispense with morality to justify your need to ejaculate all over the world?

I'm sure if I suggested this type of discussion be reduced to simplistic terms I'd be branded a simpleton. Okay. Then what is the probability that chaotic matter can come into existence from nothing, apparently violating Einstein's famous equation? What then is the probability that ordered matter and its corollary, complex life forms, can come into existence from nothing? What in evolutionary cosmological theory accounts for the non-existence of energy from whence matter is derived?

Mmmm---maybe stinkypantz' reply underscores the veracity of Bergman's claim, namely, That his experience with atheists is that "they lack morals and honesty..". Stinkypantz then makes a moral judgment, "Bad Jerry". Stinkypantz claims Bergman included, quote, "ALL" athiests when in fact he did not appear to do so.

It's just my observation that a majority of those who identify as xjws seem to take their cognitive dissonance disturbances with them when they depart the Orwellian watchtower world and exhibit them in their reasoning processes in perpetuum.

Hey Refiners Fire, How ya doin? Look---I think one has to have an open mind about this issue. As a rule of thumb I never place any confidence in physics; a dollar to a dime they're always wrong! I did cruise through the zeta site some time back and more or less dismissed the whole issue until I saw it raised in a scientific discussion later.

Because the myths of the Great Flood are so widespread it is at least plausible that it was a factual event, and this is without considering hard evidences. The same goes for the myths of the Sundisc. And being familiar with early WTS history, my interest in the subject was piqued both because Russell had an interest in the Sundisc, and especially because Christ's words in Mat24:29 was more descriptive of a physical celestial event. I personally cannot see any activity in either Taurus or Scorpius constellations, but my eyes are not A1. I suppose you've seen the Herald-Sun's NASA quotation bandied around various websites?

There are a couple of guys claiming to have sighted it earlier this week. They claim it can be seen in the Taurus constellation. If you draw an imaginary line from The Plieades to Alderbaran and do a 90 degree turn (down, if you live in the northern hemishpere; up, if you live in the southern) across the "breast" of El Toro, AND draw a straight line from Orion's belt (or the bottom of The Pot) to meet your other imaginary line, at that intersection is where it has currently been sighted, or claimed to have been sighted.

Astrophysicist Richard Harrington claimed the so-called PlanetX would be sighted coming out of the Scorpius constellation. Physicist James McCanney is presently and supposedly on a trip to New Zealand to see if he can sight it.
