I'm banned from the Silentlambs Website

i discovered a major security flaw on the silentlambs website, i e-mailed bill about it, setup up a small demonstration, mind you i told no one else about this.

and the demonstration was benine, because this flaw could allow someone to forward the site to say porn sights.

i won't go into detail, but let's just say i could cause alot of havoc with it.

I stand by what I wrote. They don't need to do anything to Silentlambs website - they will not be brought down by silentlambs or any other apostate cause. Anyone believing anything else is suffering from delusions of grandeur. They have enough money to fight the battles they face and enough power over their followers to make them do just about anything.

I don't agree with a lot of the stuff you post Donkey but this one so makes sense!

Did anyone maybe think of the faact that the guy running the SL site, (NOT BILL) just panicked, worried that BB would find out his code wasn't up to scratch and banned T_H until he could figure out what to do, without BB finding out?

Just wondering, maybe when BB finds out about this, the guy running the site might be looking for another IT job?

Just MHO, maybe totally off the ball here.

I got an e-mail for a long-lost dub friend

there is this woman i used to correspond with back in my dub days but lost contact with several years ago.

anyway just the other day she sent me an e-mail out of the blue.. she wanted to know if i was "in" or "out" as she was planning a trip to australia and if i was still "in" possibly we could meet (obviously i would have to travel to oz).

she had heard i wasn't going to the meetings any more.. i replied that i was definitely not "in" any longer but that i wasn't da'd or df'd and if she wanted to read my story i provided her a link to my story on this site.

You know mackin, I can sorta understand the e-mails being deleted, but the gifts???? What are they demonic all of a sudden? Maybe she just doesn't want to be reminded of the friendship or feelings she once had for you?

After what I did as a kid to a dissed person well completely ignoring an elderly lady, I never treated anyone dissed badly ever again, whatever the (b)org says, they are still human beings and I always greeted them in the street if I happened to see them.

One day she may surprise you and e-mail you again, telling you she's out...lol...how do you think she found out you were out?

i've been reading this forum for 3 months trying to understand how jw's live their lives away from the work environment and how it affects their life decisions.

i'm an ex-dub but i still believe serious bible study means you gotta name check jehovah/yahweh.. what do others think?

Ok...now after sitting through a couple of the media stream videos with J. R. Brown, Organizational Spokesman for Jehovah's Witnesses; he seems to be stating that the policies have now changed that congregational elders should report this to authorities?

So what's the scoop? Do they or don't they? Is he lying?

have you ever been counseled by a hypocrite?

an elder for playing a video game where you zapped bugs from outer space once counseled me.

he said it was not for christians, cause it was too violent, his favorite movie that he would not stop talking about star wars.

When I was a lot younger still in High school, and elder I was witnessing with took offense at the jacket i decided to wear for field service...said it didn't make for a good example. i didn't say anything except i took it off and carried it...even though i was freezing.

A year or two later...we found out from his wife that he had been having an affair with his secretary for something like 5 years...what a hypocrite
