I know at least 10 JW"s that are young with the heavenly calling. But because the GB gets "evil"Matthew 24:48 and jealous, "shutting the kingdom of the heavens" Matthew 23:13 , they all left..myself included.

1935 CLOSING DATE FOR THE 144. 000 ANNOINTED

if this date was the closing date1935 , then the significance of extra bodies taking the place of the former chosen ones here on the earth will eventualy be seen as a complete fraud why.

when Jesus came to earth, the powerful pharisees wanted everyone else to think he was a loony, so they wanted him put to death to shut him up. He spoke the truth, and inwardly they knew it.
The GB knows the truth, the calling is on love and acceptance, I am sorry they must be so comfy in their cushy offices, how many phone calls have they rejected, how many letters have they thrown in the trash? How many articles do they have to write, impying someone is a loony if they feel the calling to a closer relationship to Christ.
Why are the common folk so deserving of disfellowshipping, shunning, or just plain, made to feel like a loser if they dont meet up to the hours. And if your sheep have personal problems, well, forget it, NO LOVE shown to them, they must not be attending enough meetings, or saying enough prayers or something. The pharisees liked to stone people, the GB likes to ignore people, disfellowship, or shun, same thing, the person is out of sight, out of mind, DEAD to them .
Why must they beat their fellow slaves? Matthew 24:48-51
Because the master is delaying, they have been wrong on dates so many times, and their skinned flock will catch on, we will find another shepard!!

PS this is all prophesied throught Isaiah and the other prophetic books. they are the modern day pharisees, The pharisees rejected Jesus, because they were so uppity and proud, and the common people were sinful peons that deserved stoning.
The Governing Body is prophesied to reject the true anointed (who always eventually leave the ORG, because the GB is full of pride, their shallow love, and their unreachableness, (I wonder how many phone calls they have rejected, how many letters they tossed in the trash?}
and the common people are sinful nothings, who dont deserve underved kindness, well who does, that is why it is called undeserved, well never mind, the way they reason confuse me,. And well they cant stone people , but if they can disfellowship them, then THERE!!!

Are you planning anything special for Memorial?
by Athanasius insince i never partook of the bread and wine all the years i was a jw, thought it would be fun to attend this year's memorial and sample the matzo and hopefully some kosher wine.
thought it might impress jws if i walked into the kh wearing a yarmulke and a tallith (prayer shawl).
anybody else plan to have some fun at the memorial?.

I'm disfellowshipped, and I am going to Partake. I know my relationship with the Christ, and I believe only my Father can judge me.
If out of judgement they try to not pass me the bread and wine, I'll have some in a backpack I'm bringing with me, just in case.

oh yeah, and just in case they try to divert the wine and bread from us because we are DF'd, and they try to skimp on us, I have a small bottle of wine, and a bag of the crackers, and a wine glass I will be tucking in a small backpack I will bring with me. JUST IN CASE................we'll still partake in the Hall, if I have to whip out my backpack contents...
though I pray things will go smoothly.....

After being disfellowshipped, my freind and I realized the full meaning of our relationship with Christ.
We are never going to be Witesses again, and we have lost lots of family these past months.
My friend has been a Witness all his life, and grew up in the same Hall.
Were both going together and partaking. They are sure to be mad and gnashing their teeth over this one, because of the complexities of our disfellowshipping. They will be shocked for sure.
We believe we must confess this union and new identity before them, family and former friends. Saying,,,, We dont need your conditional, {jump through hoops} love anymore, we have Christ!!

Since leaving the org..what do you do with the time that you now have free?
by MoeJoJoJo inafter quitting meeting attendance, study for meetings and field service we gain alot of time.
i wasn't used to having that time to just do nothing and i've never been used to doing just nothing (relaxing and having time to stop and smell the roses).
so i joined the pto, my kids signed up for sports, i became a parent volunteer at the school, i became a coach and the list goes on.

i don't know how to explain it completely, but it is a red chiffon and a copy of a very famous german styler.

The memorial is an occasion of someone that feels they are of the bride class, awaiting their marital union with Christ. A happy, beautiful event, when one can confess of this union.
I say, hell yeah, look your best, and liven up this occasion that the Watchtower has made so depressing and exclusive only to their VIP Old fogies at Bethel!!
