I do recall that Gerrit Lösch hired a personal attorney for his deposition in one of the older sex abuse cases. He was not named as a defendant, but he was asked to provide a deposition because he was the oldest member.
Apparently, Losch refused to provide a deposition stating that he was not a member of the organization.
He cannot say he is not a member of the Governing Body.

Do you know if the Governing Body or any of its members can be found personally liable in any of these cases? Or, will it all fall upon the Christian Congregation to provide restitution in the cases that they may lose.
Wondering if they may have to hire their own legal counsel.

Oh my! The first thing I saw this morning was a scroll on CNN listing the Archdiocese, Jehovah's Witnesses, Boy Scouts, etc. as organizations being sued under the new Child Victims Act of New York State.

I have not seen the video clip, but I've heard about it. Is it possible that he was scheduled to speak at the convention prior to the April 1st incident, and they allowed him to go ahead with it? They may still consider him to be in good standing.
Your last question regarding the real estate maneuver, I don't know. Perhaps we will find out soon enough.

Yes, I saw the listing in the WhitePages.com for Tuxedo, NY. Whitepages may not be current. Apparently, it updates only one to four times a year. The incident with Morris at the liquor store occurred on April 1, 2019.
I used Spokeo for the search. It lists his current address as Holyoke, MA:
