Hi! Are we all ready for Christmas?!! So, who here buys 'real' trees and who has the fake? This will be our 4th Christmas. Before our first, I ask a ton of people which I should buy, Feeling kinda stupid not knowing. But, I kept getting the same answers, "I love the smell of a real tree, but they are a pain and make a mess, so we always have a fake tree". So...................a 9 ft. FAKE tree stands very majestic in my living room every year now.

I've never gotten to go to a Christmas tree farm and pick out a tree, but I'm thinking about it this year. Any suggestions? which do you prefer?

Hmmmmmmmm..............alittle about myself. I love xmas decorations, and am missing a cute nutcracker. (hint) I love warm, cozy socks. I love flavored coffees!!! ummmmmmmm......................some quiet time to myself would also be nice. (hehe!) I a fan of candles too! If you haven't tried the scent Christmas Cookie, you definiately should, it's wonderful!! Maybe a cheap DVD movie or Christmas CD would be nice. Should I go on? hehehe!!

I look forward to shopping for my xmas buddy. This will be alot of fun!

Weird Childhood Thoughts

when i was growing up, i used to think that as long as they made fuzzy loving commercials (i.e.

the faygo one was my favorite & coke second) that the trib & big-a couldn't possibly come!!!

i also used to plan how i would hoard food & water in holes in my backyard that we wouldn't have to eat all the icky mice & insects my mom said we would have to live on.

It's strange that you posted this question, we were just talking about this last night. I remember as a child, me and my sister would always make sure that we had a piece of paper with Jehovah's name on it, placed by our beds at night. I guess we thought it would protect us from Satan. I also remember praying that the "new system" would come as I slept, so I could avoid all the horrid persecution that would come my way. I'd wake up in the mornings and look out my window, of course disappointed that things were still the same.

Oh! On Saturdays, if lucky enough to stay home from field service, I would SNEAK and watch American Bandstand!!! WOOHOO!!! hehehe!!
