zac's first tooth just fell out, and so people are telling him that the tooth fairy will come with money.

zac asked me if the tooth fairy is real.

Red light camera ticket

my last speeding ticket was in tennessee in 1993, was going 15 miles over the speed limit and got a $60 ticket.

that was my last one.. three weeks ago did not make a complete stop making a right turn here in california and got nailed with a "camera ticket".. damage to my wallet ...$540 and have to take an 8hour class.. i guess california is in need of a lot of cash.. do you have traffic cameras where you live or are they illegal?.

Red lights are one of the easiest, if not THE EASIEST wins ever. You should really do your homework about this. You actually don't even have to pay it and they really can't do anything except threaten. Ive had a few of these here in California and believe me I've never paid a single one, and have ZERO points on my license.

There are even free templates online that can take care of these for you. The options are endless. You can default the prosecutor, or just send them some paperwork including affidavits demanding proof of an injured party. Remember, No injury=No case.

You will have to do some homework, but I promise you, the knowledge you will gain will be priceless.

I never have to go to court. I play their own game against them. And I win everytime

HOA suing us any help?

just thought i would ask in case any of you have had any experience with a home owners association.

i'm being sued for not paying dues and other fines and went to a mediation hearing a while ago.

we explianed that we we never informed of the hoa when we bought the home and never signed any agreement, infact i was very explicit with everyone involved in the buying proccess to make sure there was no hoa since i did not want to buy if there was one.

This is one of the easiest slam dunk wins ever. I would suggest looking into and studying Private International Law. You can easily stop all this nonsense by sending a couple of letters in the mail. As long as you use the correct language in your paperwork, no one can touch you. Not the banks, police, etc.

You have far more power than ANY corporation, you just don't know it. Look into Contract Law under the Uniform Commercial Code. If you do it correctly, you can basically own that HOA, and nail them for any headache they cause.

Go to youtube and type in "the power of paper" and watch that short vid. You need to control the world you live in, not be controlled by it

Letter in the mail to attend memorial

so im cleaning out some old mail i have, then lo and behold a envelope falls out with a memorial invitation.

i don't remember getting it, but it was sent in the regular mail to my house with a typed letter inviting me to the 2013 memorial.

i can't believe i don't remember getting it!

I don't believe in keeping silent. Silence is tolerance. I don't tolerate anything they do or say.

She sent me an invite, so I'll accept it. Of course I gotta ask her about the Conti case, show her the U.N. letter ect. Then maybe ask her to stop writing me, since I don't associate with anyone who tolerates pedophiles

Some believe that keeping silent is the best way to deal with them. I strongly disagree. The thought of another child possibly being tortured, just because I was too fearful to say anything doesn't resonate with me at all. Thats something I just can't have on my conscious. I keep my dignity, by telling the TRUTH. Not by keeping it to myself

Why are you all still paying the IRS anything? I don't know about you, but I don't do business with corporations that are based out of Puerto Rico, and are not licensed to do business in the states.............. But thats just me

Call them up and ask them to show you the law that requires you to pay. IN WRITING!

The lady who wrote it, put her name and signed it. I guess I'll have to run down to the church this sunday and ask around for her. Then, I'll hold her to the flame....so to speak

Gosh I get so excited when I get to destroy another jaydub!!! Especially at their own church, in front of all they're church buddies

Just because you post some ficticious fantasy online, in a 3rd person capacity, doesn't make you responsible if it happens, right? What proof would they have? Unless you confess, they can't prove anything.
