  HOA suing us any help?

  just thought i would ask in case any of you have had any experience with a home owners association.

  i'm being sued for not paying dues and other fines and went to a mediation hearing a while ago.

  we explianed that we we never informed of the hoa when we bought the home and never signed any agreement, infact i was very explicit with everyone involved in the buying proccess to make sure there was no hoa since i did not want to buy if there was one.

  This is one of the easiest slam dunk wins ever. I would suggest looking into and studying Private International Law. You can easily stop all this nonsense by sending a couple of letters in the mail. As long as you use the correct language in your paperwork, no one can touch you. Not the banks, police, etc.

  You have far more power than ANY corporation, you just don't know it. Look into Contract Law under the Uniform Commercial Code. If you do it correctly, you can basically own that HOA, and nail them for any headache they cause.

  Go to youtube and type in "the power of paper" and watch that short vid. You need to control the world you live in, not be controlled by it

  Letter in the mail to attend memorial

  so im cleaning out some old mail i have, then lo and behold a envelope falls out with a memorial invitation.

  i don't remember getting it, but it was sent in the regular mail to my house with a typed letter inviting me to the 2013 memorial.

  i can't believe i don't remember getting it!

  I don't believe in keeping silent. Silence is tolerance. I don't tolerate anything they do or say.

  She sent me an invite, so I'll accept it. Of course I gotta ask her about the Conti case, show her the U.N. letter ect. Then maybe ask her to stop writing me, since I don't associate with anyone who tolerates pedophiles

  Some believe that keeping silent is the best way to deal with them. I strongly disagree. The thought of another child possibly being tortured, just because I was too fearful to say anything doesn't resonate with me at all. Thats something I just can't have on my conscious. I keep my dignity, by telling the TRUTH. Not by keeping it to myself

  my brother is an alcoholic.. .

  he was really sick with infection and had three herniated discs in his neck threatening to paralyze him, among other things.. .

  Why are you all still paying the IRS anything? I don't know about you, but I don't do business with corporations that are based out of Puerto Rico, and are not licensed to do business in the states.............. But thats just me

  Call them up and ask them to show you the law that requires you to pay. IN WRITING!

  The lady who wrote it, put her name and signed it. I guess I'll have to run down to the church this sunday and ask around for her. Then, I'll hold her to the flame....so to speak

  Gosh I get so excited when I get to destroy another jaydub!!! Especially at their own church, in front of all they're church buddies

  Anybody else ever get jw literature in the mail?

  Just because you post some ficticious fantasy online, in a 3rd person capacity, doesn't make you responsible if it happens, right? What proof would they have? Unless you confess, they can't prove anything.

  Scary Books

  this past saturday, my wife and i went shopping in san marcos at the factory outlet mall.

  we had a very pleasant day there, and afterwards went for a late lunch.. after lunch, we went to a local half-price books store where she went looking for novels by authors that she likes to read.

  i went looking through the books too, for some book that might catch my eye.. in one section of books, way up high - in fact, it was on the very top shelf which was about seven or eight feet up, i spotted about 6 bound volumes of the wts watchtower & awake.

  They usually will have a new world translation bible or 2 at the used bookstore I go to. They usually give store-credit for stuff like that

  i was at a amusement park here in calgary today.

  my jw mother and my young brother came to visit for a week,so me and my sister thought it would a nice idea to take them to do something fun.

  i guess they had a part of it called hallo street and my mom was getting all sketched out from all the halloween decorations around.

  I had an elder tell me that a person should follow the watchtwr whether the information is right or wrong. Another elder sat beside him and agreed.

  Of course, then I had to shutem down right in his own house, then he asked me to leave. Then I stood up, laughed in his face, then stuck my finger about 3 inches from his nose and said "Soon enough, you won't be spreading anymore of your poison lies". Then I slammed his front door as I went out, then I walked accross his front yard instead of walking around it.
