I haven't been on this site in a while but you guys came to mind to help me. I hate to admit this but I have suspicions about my husband. I want to get on his hotmail account but I don't know his password. I looked at some downloadable password sniffers but I really am not that skilled on computers and the one I looked at the closest (Ace) can't be used on a dialup modem. Any ideas? els

What weird habits do you have?

i eat at odd hours, whenever i'm hungry, and that happens fast.
breakfast at 6:30am, dinner at 10:15 am (i'm hungry) supper at 3:30 pm (still hungry).

I do the thing with license plates too. I was the head waitress at the restaurant and the letters on mine were BHW. To me it was Bitchy Head Waitress but my best friend always said it was Big Hairy Waitress. I sleep no matter what, but I have to at least have a strip of sheet across my middle. If it is hot I stick one leg out and then I'm ok. If I go out for breakfast I have to have my eggs and meat on a seperate plate from my french toast or waffles. I can't stand syrup on my eggs. I love when I'm exhausted. I talk to my cat and she talks back, but that's not wierd at all. I always have a token for the Newport Bridge in my car so if I have a full tank of gas but no money I can just take off and visit my brother and sister in law if the urge hits me. I've never gone without planning it but I could if I wanted. i always leave the last bite of my hot dog bun. els

overall i get really good tips but sometimes it seems like the customers are going to tip a certain amount no matter what i do.
i can totally screw up a table and still get a great tip and other tables i give perfect service to and get a lousy tip.

You can all come into Frank's for a pizza or dinner anytime you want. It's a great place but the owner can be a dick. I was headwaitress until last August when we had a huge blowup and I quit. I still waitress there though, I make up the difference in pay by not having as many distractions and being able to give my customers my full attention.
We have a lot of regulars from the area but we also get tons of tourists in the summer. We're between Lake George and the Great Escape amusement park. In the winter we get the skiers headed for Vermont. And then we get the bikers for Americade in June, the car show crowd and the leaf peepers in September and outlet store shoppers year round.
Most of the time I am a great waitress. I chat, find out where you're from, recommend places to go, GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT!, bring all the extras, refill your drinks, clear away empty dishes, bring you your check promptly and get you your change. And if there is a mistake or delay in the kitchen I will tell you the truth and get you something to munch while you wait, on the house.
But if you're going to be a jerk to me just because you can, I'm not going to be polite and if you're really bad you're food is going to take a really long time to come out.

So, who sleeps in early, and who sleeps in late?(fluff)

i find that i can't sleep in late on the weekends.i'm up at 5:30 in the morning during the week and by the time the weekend comes around, if i can sleep till 7:30 i'm doing good.
even if i stay up till midnight i still get up around 8:00.the only way i sleep in late is if i've been drinking all night or i'm sick.. so how does everyone else do with thier sleeping habits?

I go to bed usually between 12 and 2. Up by 8 or 9. I work at a restaurant so the late hours come from that. In the summer I get home some nights at 12 or 1. els

My girl is HOME!

FreedomRules, She went to Colby-Sawyer. It's expensive but a great education. I call her my Financial Aid Wonder Kid. She got so much in scholarships and grants. Now as soon as we both pay off our loans we're all set. I tell her that now she can afford the good nursing home. els

My daughter Meghan graduated from college this past Saturday. It was actually a beautiful day in New Hampshire for a change. I was so proud when she walked across that stage and accepted her diploma. The only person in my family to ever go to college. People kept asking me if I was going to cry and I said, "Why would I cry?, look what she's done and she's coming home." Just for a moment I allowed myself to feel a little sad that none of my family was there. To think why couldn't they put their feelings aside to be there for her. But then I thought I didn't need them there being all judgemental and disapproving. I have enough love and approval for her to make up for my whole family. And you know what? It's OK! And she didn't invite them anyway. She doesn't want anything to do with them because of how they treat me. els

Finally told my mother I'm no longer a believer
by YellowLab infor those who don't know, i did the fade about 8 years ago or so.
i finally had a frank talk with my mother the other day about how i no longer consider myself a witness.
she has been a witness for about 40 years now.
