  Romance Happy February

  contrary to what many romance books state, romance has little to do with jewelry, chocolates, roses or sex.

  romance doesnt have to be expensive or sap hours from your day.

  i think god's real message to mary is the message for women today....you don't need man (see, joseph got the picture early...where was he?).

  and as science progresses, tube babies, cloning, artificial insimination, executive positions, business owners, men loving female on female porn (lol) it's becoming obvious that soon the new order will mean.

  i went to a racially mixed congregation in the northern suburbs of illinois.

  i found that things done in the congregation if done on a job would cause a person to get fired.

  (in fact i know a jw who was fired for sexual harrassment.

  Disfellowshipped? I got a question

  if a person is disfellowshipped, can they talk to anyone in the congregation?

  and if not, what scripture says they (the disfellowshipped person) can not.

  and, has anyone ever heard that an elder or someone else suggest a disfellowshipped person wear a letter "d" (the scarlett letter) when they go to public functions like an assembly?

  the wt frequently quotes herodotus and tacitus.

  it is interesting to see what herodotus says about egyptians as an eye witness account in his day.

  and in tacitus' account of the origin of the jews, he puts them with egyptians, phoenicians and ethiopians.
