  Letter From President George W. Bush

  ok so maybe i'm being played but believe it or not, i just got a letter from the president, that's right, the president of the united states of america!!!

  he was thanking many of his constituents for supporting him in his campaign.

  and get this, unlike the the problems that are resulting from donald rumsfeld's not taking the time to sign the letters, notifying their loved ones of the soldiers deaths, this appears to be written out in his own personal handwriting.

  Most supporters of GWB got this letter. They are produced by an "AUTO PEN". He didn't actually sit and write out each letter, which are all the same except for the name of the recipient. The auto pen is also used for the majority of white house christmas cards and other greetings.

  GWB writes the letter and signs it 1 time and then a machine writes the copies. It is not "copied" like a photocopier, each letter is actually written by the machine, an exact duplicate of the original written by the president. A nice touch to "appear" more personal while still recognizing that the president is too busy to write out thousands of thank you letters to supporters.

  LOL uneducated ?

  most of the cities have the worst school systems....besides i dont think a degree adds any weight to your vote.

  people vote because of what is important to them. i dont vote because of my education or the population of my town.

  i vote for tax cuts, fighting terrorists, moral values and the ability to make a decision and stick to it, even if the UN doesnt like it.

  thanks, rabbit, you gave me the idea.. kids will come out with the funniest sayings, even though they themselves are serious when they say them.

  like my grandaughter, whose 8 years old:.

  while i am driving my "new " toyota she says to me, "grandpa, in a few years, are you going to get another car and get rid of this one"?

  My son is 6 and we just had a new baby girl....as my son watched the birth he stepped up the doctor immediately after the delivery and exclaimed... "Holy Crap...Just like poop through a goose".

  I am very politically involved (as my recent posts reflect LOL) and recently took my son to meet Mrs. Bush at a campaign event. As we were leaving a local news photographer took our picture and put it in the paper the next day. When my son was approached by a democratic friend of ours (yes I have Dem friends) she asked why he didn't like Kerry....and he replied "He's against recess and should be the President of France".

  My son is also a big flirt (must get it from his mother ) and is continually "hitting on" the mom's of the kids at school....lines like: "Hey baby, you're the most" and "hubba, hubba" and Hey, How you doin ?" He does have pretty good taste in women but probably should be looking more in his age bracket. LOL

  Family friends were visiting for dinner and he was playing "star wars" with the wife...He asked if she played like this with her sons and she replied that she didn't have any...his reply (meant innocently enough) ..."wanna make some".

  BB - Wow...what can I say...to actually have one of the "annnoinnnted" take the time to come here and post a threatening message to a grumpy old apostate like me....WOW.

  As to the "Signs".....My head usually spins...get the taste of pea soup in my mouth and have the need to vomit when I think of the JW's.....guess I'm not "annnoinnnted" huh ? LOL

  Thats okay. I am much happier being an apostate anyway !

  We gave them our letters of DA

  well, i guess it will be official very soon, the announcement will be read and we will be "lost" into satan's world... my husband gave our letters to the elder who came to visit us with his wife the other day.

  this is the 3rd time they came by in the last month, even after he told them he would call them if we wanted to "talk".

  they saw the christmas tree shining through the door, brightly lit, so there could be no question that we had already taken some steps away.......but he still stayed for an hour trying to convince my husband that it was the "truth".. later that day my parents came over (i wasn't here) and he said my mom just looked at our christmas decorations with jealousy in her eyes.

  tattoos...did you rebel and get one?

  after i left the "troof" the first thing i did was run out and get a tattoo.now ,some 18 years later i still dont regret it.i even have gotten a couple of new ones in the past couple of years......i mean not that i am covered in them,but i think if a women has them ,there is nothing wrong with that has long as they are not all over everywhere.ie...neck,face or lower arms......... i just think it is sexy on a man..( a few....not on the same areas as the women ..ie..face and neck as well.

  ) but for a women to have them all over her is not attractive....i think for a women to have a couple in a suddle place..( like for your partner to see or find.lol) is sexy as well...this girl in our town, has them covering her face and arms.i just think she looks scary......(i do also think that they must be done professionally and kept realistic.

  )...i know your not to judge a book by its cover but, this girl wonders why, parents will not let children to her house to play with her child?

  I've got several...the most meaningful to me are my son's footprints over my heart. He was born 10 weeks early and was only 2 lbs. Never know it now...he is 5 going on 35.
