  What kind of funeral will you have?

  i know that this is a morbid topic, but i often wonder what kind of funeral that i should have.

  i mean, i'm not associated with any religion.

  i don't want a preacher there speaking about the afterlife or trying to recruit followers.

  Mine is planned and spelled out in my will....

  I did 26+ years in Law Enforcement and so I will have the Flag Draped Box, Taps, Firing Team, Folded Flag for my wife, etc....but straying from the strictly traditional...there will also be funny stories (I'm a lot of laughs if you know me) and a barbershop quarter (I sing) singing an old Civil War Hymn called "Vacant Chair". I love the old hymn...and I use a wheelchair so it is sort of a pun...vacant chair..get it ? LOL

  Count me among the shunned....Mother & Father are still in...Grandparents and Great Grandmother were in but all dead now....

  Made-Up Rules Dubs Try To Impose On Each Other

  this is in reference to the thread about dubs not having pets.

  although, not a rule from the borg there are ones who would say you should not have pets.

  The re-release of the movie "The Shaggy Dog" brought back a silly memory...

  I was not allowed to watch the original when it came out in my childhood...because it was magical and was a secret attempt to make people believe in evolution ! LOL

  Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to get you ! LOL
