  Women in Heaven?

  why is it that women are worthy enough to go to heaven but they cannot hold the same privileges as men in the congregation?.

  has anybody ever asked the org.

  help me please... i just got diane wilson's book awakening of a jehovah's witness and i can't put the damn thing down.

  i'm reading while i eat while i'm in bed while i'm at work in the bathroom!!

  Whats the best internet music file sharing thingy....?

  have been using morpheus for a couple of years now, and hasn't been too bad at all, got about 400 tracks download.

  since gettiing aol broadband, the diversity seems to have diminished a bit, either i'm on the wrong dsl provider or morpheus isn't as good as it used to be.

  the one i was on previous (can't remember the name now) went totally pearshaped after it got served a writ for using copyrighted material.....anyway, know of any other good music file sharing sites?

  i just wanted to say thanks to all on this board,if i have a bad day i come and read some threads and just sit and laugh,some of you are so funny,if i need answers to any questions, you answer,if there is a debate going on i can't wait to read the next thread to see how it ends.you give me a reason to keep going everyday.simon ,i would also like to thank you ,if not for you this life saving sight and letting these people be themselves ,many of us would not be here to help others or ourselves.i hope all of you really realise how important you are and the help you have brought to so many.

  I often wondered why I wasn't happy as a jw, but instead felt the reverse. My wife wondered the same thing. I kept thinking "this is supposed to be the true religion; things aren't supposed to be this way" that is, the constant feelings of unworthiness, sadness, fatigue, and frustration.

  You must have read my book (in a manner of speaking!). I felt EXACTLY the same! My wife said that she always knew I was never completely happy as a JW.

  Today, in all honesty, I (we) feel so much more content. Leaving the Witnesses was the best thing I've done for a long time. I'm really enjoying life now.

  i think that there are one or two in the congregation that read this board.

  or some inactive ones.

  i even have a suspiscion that an elder or two might browse this board every once in a while, too.
