Good evening,
I'm having a bit of a clean up. I've just tidied up my sock draw and arranged all my ties in colour order. Also my work shirts and t-shirts are all in colour order and now I'm tackling the mess that is in my bedside cabinet.
Ha Ha Ha LOL! I notice it's all YOUR stuff you cleaned up!
Love ya
Ian
i do not post very often anymore but wanted to say merry xmas and happy new year to you all
Merry Christmas to you, too!
I do not post very often anymore
Why not? It's nice to have fellow Brits posting.

Good morning, ALL. Sunday, and Claire and I have had our cups of tea.
Bem:
today it was colder than a well-diggers-butt-in Montana
About to have our Weetabix with hot milk!
Frosty and freezing here.
Ian
i loged on to reply.
to my biography post.amazing it was 10 pages back !!!!.
as my time on line is limited i think iam best suited to replying to topics rather than begginning new topics.. has this board become to popular for many to be activly involved in it ?.
I always start with 'Active posts' and then click on my own posts if I can't find the one I'm looking for. Threads disappear over the horizon so quickly here.

It was 26 C here yesterday.
Grief, can't remember when we last touched that temperature. I love it when it's mildly hot!
Right now it's doing what Manchester is renowned for - pouring down with rain! Still, it'll clear the cold frost up.
Have a great day (the rest of the family are going Christmas shopping).
Ian
Hi Stilla,
Good Morning -still frost on the ground I see
Yes, jolly cold morning here in Manchester. Not long to Ian
Yo! - Another day!!

Manchester - UK
that would really rock my world as i know it.
after i initially left the jws' i did question the whole "is there a god"" especially when you look around and see all the atrocities - the sick sick things happening in your own back yard.then i put it out of my mind and carried on believing in a god.. right now i choose to believe in a god, whether that god be jesus, jehovah, buddha, allah, shiva, it doesn't matter - i'm happy with the idea that there is a spiritual & powerful someone running things.however lately i've been questioning again - so many posters on here that are atheists really make good arguments & i can't reason my way out of it.. why does god keep so quiet?
why not just let us know - tadaaaa i'm here.
Hi Burn:
Thankfully, science, and the scientific mind, are always ready to revise their theories in the light of new evidence!
Something we agree on

Actually, BA, I don't know why you bring Finkelstein and Silberman to this thread.
I also read differing archaeologist's and apologetic replies to the points Finkelstein and Silberman make. Have you?
Not all evidence I use is taken from their book and, yes, I do read contrary views as I don't agree with all of their statements. How naive of you to think otherwise.
Currently reading Keith Whitelam's The Invention of Ancient Israel. Do you have an opinion on it?
