Have you ever sprain something ?

any one have a remedy for a twisted ankle?
it is swollen on the top and the arch is tender, as well as a few toes.

Th problem with recursive ankle sprain resides, not in lack of strengh of the strained ankle, but in the pro-prioceptive alteration of the joint because of the injury, the joint is altered in way it perceives itself, and is not able to "detect" when is reaching a "dangerous" angle of rotation. The key is to make some special exercices to "re-educate" the ankle and restore and correct this capacity.

ohh my!!
I sprained my Ankles, both of them, serveral times. This didn't stoped until I went to a specialist in sport injuries, the last time that I sprained my ankle, the second I went to this doctor to receive massage, and these very day I was walking, and making exercicies to rehabilitate my ankle (strength pre-prioception, etc..) and running...

perfectionism

had an epiphany the other night about it.
i was at a work group meeting and the subject .

Yes, perfectionism is bad thing, the search of excelence is another thing. I'm a ultra-perfectionistic. And I suffer a lot because of it. I regard this as one of my best qualities and at the same time one of my worst defects. I don't blame the WT for me being this way, it's true that being raised in "the truth" has increased my perfectionistic sense, but I'm perfectionistic because I was "born" perfectionistic, that is with a set of characteristics that easily lead to develop a perfectionistic personality. I think that is good to try to vanquish this trait, make it serve you not destroy you. There are some nice books about the subject out there. My psychiatrist often told me that I must feel good when I've made a mistake or when I'm not the best in something. Perfectionists like you and me base our self-esteem on our accomplishments, and constantly need reinforce. But we can win... keep fighting..

Am I paranoid?

i'm familiar with the use of composition and the grammar of creating images, i was a drawer/painter since always, and i work in the publishing field (web in this case) and i'm also a comic drawer.but i don't know if i'm going to far supposing that they are trying to allude to the phedophile priest in the catholic church... when i paint or draw i always create a composition that is based on geometric forms to convey meaning and mood, take a look at the circle that englobe the priest's hands.... are they accusing the catholics to mislead the public and the witness of their own problem of pedophilia?.
(pd: i haven't read the magazine, therefore i don't know if there are mentions of this inside..)

Making 607 crumble
by ellderwho induring my eight month long study with "elder bob" (moms husband) we have batted around many subjects to say the least.
but the one that really stands out is the dreaded date of 607 bc.
im sorry i just will not let up with this date, and him having to prove it can stand.

The WT Org is anything but serene, it's rather indiscret and frantic. You only have to look behind and count how many people were stumbled by their failed predictions. According to Jesus your Org must put a stone around it's neck and jump into the river (or sea). And by the way if God is using this org, he must be the craziest god in the heavens. Sorry, if my words are insulting to you, but I must be sincere and tell you what I think.
According to your own moral and religious rules (that is the WT code) you must confess to the elders in your congregation that you use to read spiritual pornography (this site and the apostates within), you are SINNING against your God!!! and if you don't repent you must be disfelowshiped to the glory of the "serene" WT org. This make you and hypocrite, like a Pharisee. This also make YOU pathetic.
You think that you religion is the best around the town, but it has exactly the same problems that other religions have, plus some of their own relating to their authoritarian and sectarian spirit. This spirit is a reflection of the REAL father of this Org, Rutherford, a narcisistic, rude, alcoholic dude (he had all the features of a cult leader, because that is what he was) and the weirdness of one of his main "theologians", F.W. Franz.
