They (JW) would never go for this. There is another show like this on another channel called "Wife Swap" that was specifically mentioned by name with it's negative connotation at the district assembly in College Station last year.
The clear implication was that if you as a JW were to participate in any activity of this type, as benign as it may be, you would be classified as a filthy worldly and summarily sanctioned.
i don't know what the new terminology is for the forms, but that paperwork, already signed by him (i refuse all blood, etc.

i found it while looking for some schoolwork of my daughter's.
I saw my wife's "blood papers" mixed in with all her JW litter-ature a couple of days ago. Don't know whether or not she got them signed, or if she's even filled in the DPOA.
I'll respect her wishes, reluctantly, if push comes to shove and this issue comes up, but, if someway I'm removed from the decision making process based upon that paper, then whoever she trusted in that decision had better damn well be ready to pay her hospital bills for her whether or not she survives and is released.
yep, "godly obedience" is the theme for this years district convention.. you know the wts will be hot on obedience this year.. expect more wt articles asking for money (as obedience to jehovah), asking for more pioneers and elders, and making this a matter of obedience.. it's getting worse.. at the meeting this week, a whole 25 minutes was taken up on what to do regarding accomodation at the district convention.. brother zealous said if we're not obedient to the instructions that the faithful slave has given us, we undermine the hard work the society puts in to arrange these provisions.. godley obedience means we will attend all three days at our convention.. .

I attend, usually just one day, just to appease my wife. Don't konw IAf I'll be attending this year yet though....waiting for the schedule to come out, find out which week she wants to go to, then I'll book reservations at the hotel of my choice. Me and the wife don't do "roach coaches" anymore.

i am a fortunate 'apostate'.
my parents are still speaking to me, regularly, and we also have been discussing jw doctrine.
however, they do not believe anything i tell them about the un scandal and that the wtbts was a member of the un for ten years before being removed by the un.
Good luck getting them to write that letter. Since they're already convinced that what you're accusing the WT of can't possibly be "da troof", they put the onus on you to prove it, difficult when most of the information alluding to that fact is on the internet where they're admonished to stay away from, especially with regards to questions arising about the WT image.
How about writing that letter to Bethel yourself and if\when you get the letter back, show it to them on the WT own letterhead and postmarked envelope.
It would be my guess that they're not even answering letters on this issue anymore prefering instead to sent their henchmen out to figuratively break bones for them.
the wts has printed several books on revelation since it's inception in 1879. many of the prophecies that were predicted in the studies in the scriptures book failed miserably.
next the two "light" books the same predictions were reworded failed also.
the society tried again with the 60's books then is the finished mystery of god book and the babylon the great has fallen book.
Halfway through the study of this book, Revelation, was when I figured the WT out to be the psychopathic liars that they are.
i attended the meeting today, hoping for some encouraging words.
i arrived while the prayer was in progress, i waited, then found my way to a familiy i enjoy and sat with them.
the speaker was visiting from another congregation.
I wonder how many of them knew this was a lie & said nothing.

They won't have to explain it to anyone.....a good JW would never asks or even pay much attention to those stats any further than their supposedly yearly increase as proof that their efforts are being blessed by their sock-puppet Jehovah.
