I feel so liberated after 62 years in the cult. Although the last 15-16 years have been doubt ridden. No more FOG. No more wasted weekends. No more fear of a god that simply does not answer prayers.

me thinks that we be about the same age of 66-67. i also went through the war stuff and was sentenced to a hospital for 2 years. better than prison but didn't get to brag about my incarceration like rutherford did. 12 years an elder, 3 years a pioneer. i was the po in 1975. wow time flys.

by raymond frantz inthe watchtgower has decided to drop most of it's old publications up to 1990 and it looks like the library cd will be a thing of the past soon .i have decided to save some of the old content especially the questions from readers like wordpress posts and add photos ,let me know what you think.here is one from the 1967 watchtower.

so in a hundred years, abel didn't father any children? and cain neither? must have been a shortage of women. but jehober said to multiply. i guess that cain was not too smart and thought multiply meant to subtract. he must have been home schooled with no higher education.

jehober is a blood thirsty god of the tribe of israel. yea right that abel thought of killing/slaughtering animals to please god! why did jehober think it was necessary to have such bloody worship when today jw's would be appalled by such blood spilling. when people today slaughter an animal for sacrifice to their god, society is absolutely appalled. it's disgusting to think that a loving god would want humans to slaughter his lovely little creatures.

I heard that the "sole channel" programming is being cancelled this season due to poor viewer support. The writers and directors are having a tough time coming u with new material and the viewers are sick and tired of the reruns.

Can an Anointed be Disfellowshipped by the Elders of Earthly Class Now?

while they preach and share practially the same spiritual activities as members of the other sheep (os) do, an anointed jw has a greater distinction.. come now the disfellowshipping standards.

angels and women
by caroline77 ini was told by jw's that angels came down to earth before the flood, and had children with women.. i have a question about this and would like the sort of answer a jw would give so that i can be ready for them when they come to my door.. if one third of god's angelic staff were banished to earth, are they doing this now?.
if not, what is stopping them?.
if so, where are all these half angel children?.

Good point smiddy! The bible was written by MEN not women. So the angels had to be MEN also because in their man-dominated society, women were just for having babies. The whole idea of the angels being able to materialize before the flood but not after the flood is laughable at best. That materialized angels business means that the angels could also create things, that they knew jehober's secret to creating the male member and the miracle of birth--how the sperm works and all that stuff--right? So even if the babies were half angel, half man freaks or born by some miracle insemination the women had to bare them.
