I still hold to the Witness belief in short hair.(for me)

Yes I can say that I have decided to 'stand firm' in my faith in short hair. (again for me.)

Why Aren't You at the Kingdom Hall?

it's sunday morning, shouldn't y'all be at the kh?

i can't believe that you all would rather be doing something else besides sitting at the kh enjoying the latest spiritual nourishment served up from the loving gb.......you must be a bunch of heathens!

heh, i am getting ready to go to work and then i am having my latest beau over for sunday dinner.

I'm so happy that I don't have to endure the absurdity of Sunday meetings any longer! (Or any other meeting for that matter...)

Today I'm gonna

1.Drink some coffee at my leisure

2.Listen to some wonderful Coltrane

3.Hang out with my cats

4.Go to our neighbor's house for waffles

5.Search for some old lps for my "worldly" pal's upcoming birthday

This Sunday will, in it's simplicity outshine so many others that I spent at the kingdom hall. Bored out of my skull, reading about Jehoshakiah or some other obscure irrelevant...

hello everyone

my first post here - - wanted to give my story, too.

raised a jw, stayed in out of fear, painted myself into a corner and currently struggling to get out completely.

i know lots of people would say they don't respect someone who knows they don't want to stay but is staying for other reasons, like family & friends or whatever.
