  It's been four years since this was posted. Does the OP or anyone else have info on outside non JW (or JW) marketing consultants who instituted these changes?

  I mean you don't go from the KM of 1999 warning against the internet to Caleb and Sophia videos and monthly Governing Body talks.

  my father died a couple of months ago.

  he'd been ill for some time and had many health scares and heart troubles over the years but always managed to keep on going.

  then one time he didn't.. i'm glad i got to know him again and spend some more time with him after so many years missed because of the wts but those years will always be lost forever.

  Thank you Freddo.

  I am dissociated but did it in the country I moved to. Word got back to my old congregation in England that I was "one of them" but I don't know who told them. I was never informed that an official announcement was made at my old UK hall.

  I followed your directions and got back three responses from the following:

  1. Watch Tower

  2. Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses

  3. International Bible Students Association

  Each letter said they had no information on me at all despite the fact that I was baptized at Haysbridge Assembly Hall and was a regular publisher.

  What's going on here?

  this morning was one of the few times i had a jw dream and it was't about armaggedon!.

  i was dreaming that an old jw acquaintance of mine suddenly took an interest in me and came round to visit.

  then he started inviting me to jw functions.

  This morning was one of the few times I had a JW dream and it was't about Armaggedon!

  I was dreaming that an old JW acquaintance of mine suddenly took an interest in me and came round to visit. Then he started inviting me to JW functions. I saw people from my old hall. In the dream I was an apostate and they knew I was inactive but they still spoke to me. It felt so weird but almost nice in a way that they were reaching out to me. And then I woke up.
