by frankiespeakin ini think sometimes that the two symbols of our present kind of technological culture are the rocket ship and the bulldozer.
the rocket as a very, very phallic symbol of compensation for the sexually inadequate male; and the bulldozer, which ruthlessly pushes down hills and forests and alters the shape of the landscape.
these are two symbols of the negative aspect of our technology.

skunks effects are different, but yeah i bet it's less harmful. It depends on what you want and how much. Also if you get randomly tested where you work, like i do, its not an option.

- Republica (Saffron will be forever linked to Reagan in my mind)
- Something Happens (but listen to them and you'll wish it didn't)
- An#l C&nt (yecch)
- Roxy Music (liked the band, didn't like the name)
- The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band (I like my dirt with less grits and nits.)
- Anderson, Wakeman, Bruford and Howe (see below)
- Yes (A band that had three tries at a good name and failed both times)
- The Blowmonkeys (nuff said)
- Ned's Atomic Dustbin (why not name it Generic PostPunk Band)
- Captain and Tenielle. (that one godawful song, and a guy in a skipper cap)

I wish I still had a songbook, just to make parodies. I got rid of every piece of JW paraphenalia, except for a small NWT bible which i keep around just so I can say I have a bible in my book collection.
