by notsurewheretogo inthe annual meeting of the governing body of jehovah's witnesses will be in october 2014.. .. in november 2013, just after the last one they published this now famous statement in the 15th of november 2013 watchtower page 16 paragraph 17 says:.
"at that time, the lifesaving direction that we receive from jehovahs organization may not appear practical from a human standpoint.
all of us must be ready to obey any instructions we may receive, whether these appear sound from a strategic or human standpoint or not.".

Ferguson Shooting (Is my thinking on this all wrong.......)
by out4good3 ini think everyone here can agree that walking down the street, even in the middle of the street, is not cause for having a clip emptied in your ass......... i can understand how the black community would be outraged by the injustice of seeing another black man dead in the street at the hands of the police under mysterious circumstances....... i hope that i'm not succumbing to the attempts to assinate the already well impuned character of the dead man...... however.
i can't help but think that this could all have been avoided by exercising the proper discretion with fore-knowledge of the disadvantages people of color have when they are dealing with law enforcement in the united states.
it is not as if this disadvantage has only since recently came to light.

Did anyone hear the cop's account of what happened? I don't have time to look for the link right now. It sounds credible based on how we saw MB act in the store. I still think he was high on something as does the cop. We'll see what the toxicology reports show.

I'm wondering what the toxicology tests will show. These guys ("kids") just robbed a convenient store with force and were walking down the middle of the street blocking traffic. I think Michael Bown was high on something. Seems like this kid used his size to bully people to get what he wants. That is what the video showed. It seems there are no credible witnesses. At least the media hasn't reported any that I heard. But based on the video and it happening only minutes before the altercation I would tend to believe the cop in this case.
