  i need help with writing an article regarding vaccinations, organ transplants, and blood transfusions.. i am doing my research using limited amounts of non-wt sources and mostly just the actual wt literature.. what i am having a hard time understanding is:.

  most of the articles in the golden age, at least at the beginning of the anti-vaccination stance, are actually written by contributors.

  since there are very pro-vaccination articles and then lots of anti-vaccination articles, how can i determine the actual wt viewpoint on vaccinations?.

  I really am having a hard time with the "Faith on the March" hurdle. It seems like vaccinations, although the Witnesses made it a "Scriptural" requirement, they were probably not too big on enforcement... It seems like the dozens of extremely biased and negative articles were enough to make most reject them, without the Scriptural big stick...

  Maybe that's how McMillan got away with going against official WT policy.

  Another theory I have uses Occam's Razor: McMillan was a revisionist.

  Yet another theory is that McMillan knew about Bethelite policy and the poor people in jail were not aware that WT officials who travelled had to be vaccinated.

  (Maybe I should place the quote from McMillan's book so you know what I am talking about)

  if one is df'd, how would one ever help your relatives?

  how to get to talk to them and try and help them to come out of the cult?

  Yeah so I guess a third party can work huh? But they have to be vaccinated against cult mind control first...

  But I guess options are limited huh?

  I am talking like using a third person who you TRAIN to talk to JW's... Perhaps someone who agrees to feign interest and then plant little seeds of doubt IN YOUR BEHALF...

  I for one KNOW that stuff people said to me while out in service helped me wake up!

  Unfortunately, I am missing the key years of 1943-1945... but I can tell you one thing that I found...

  The Awake magazine had anti-vaccination stuff... there were some negative statements in the first few Awakes... 1947....

  Then by 1950 a mention of vaccination was ambiguous... just mentioned it...

  By 1952, the about-face!! Polio vaccination hailed as a "medical advancement!"

  The reason: NOW THEY HAD BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS TO SCARE PEOPLE INTO THEIR MEDICAL INACCURACIES...

  I just know of Hassan's to make a website... but perhaps there are other ppl who can help? Like, other relatives who've never been JW's... have THEM talk to the JW relatives??

  OMG! OMG! OMG! I found another GEM!!

  Golden Age, June 16, 1937 p.601-602, an article written by none other than O.R. Moyle!!

  Someone attacked the WT and Rutherford... and O.R. Moyle wrote the following rebuttal:

  "Credit must be given where credit is due, however, and we find on careful examination that there are a few truthful statements in the

  article, to which reference is here made. The Golden Age is mentioned, and it is alleged that the said Golden Age (1) denies the beneficial

  effects of vaccination [...] The Golden Age admits these statements to be true. And it has the facts, the probata, if you please, to support the allegations. That is just the difference between this Iris Brown person and The Golden Age. The Golden Age has some regard for facts. Its articles are supported by facts."

  Where the need is greater: TTATT in Spanish

  it seems most of the us growth is in spanish-speaking territory, and of course, there is growth in the nations where spanish is the predominant language.

  most sites oriented around ttatt, are english-speaking.

  there seems then to be a great need for translators...for instance, imagine if there was a spanish version of www.jwfacts.com.. unfortunately, i dont speak this language.

  sometimes it is the place to be and i think that's especially true for newbies.

  it seems that no one anywhere has the pdf's for the consolations from june 1943 to march 1946. they are being sold on ebay, but i was wondering if anyone had scans.... atlantis?.
