i can't even remember what got me interested in pans, probably wanting to try cooking more and watching some cooking videos on youtube, but i kind of started wanting to get a cast-iron skillet specifically so started reading up on them.
hey, if you're going to spend $50 on something you need to study them and create a comparison spreadsheet ... right?.
not only did cast-iron look great for cooking but there are some studies that show risks to aluminium / teflon cookware ... not that the wts was "right" about aluminium, but teflon can give off carcinogenic chemicals if overheated (so what if it chips off into your food?).
I missed this when it first posted. I also love our cast iron skillets. We grew up with them when I was a child. After getting married I bought a set of them but never used them correctly until a few months ago. They were very sticky, as I wasn't cleaning and reoiling them correctly. Now we make great steaks in them.

last week we had a reassurance ultrasound with our ob.
she was just supposed to check heartbeats on the two little ones and they were going strong!
but because she had extra time and she can be quite anal about her work (which is a good thing) she decided to take some measurements.

1987 attended the memorial for the first time, and the last time?
2016. it was a big step for me to not go last night i'm convincing myself that i really do have the strength to never return to this living nightmare of a religion.
you may recall i'm a fader my last meeting was 9 months ago and i have deflected a number of attempted visits and dozens of phone calls they now just hang up on my answering machine, as a matter of fact they did it again this morning.
Congrats!!! Such a big step not attend yhr memorial last night! I hope to get there one day soon.

watchtower growth is outpacing population growth, though at a dismal rate considering the 2 billion hours of preaching required for an increase of just 115,194. this is an aggregate number, and most growth is from developing nations in africa and south america.
what i was really interested in finding is how watchtower growth compares to the population growth in different countries.
