I relate to all of your posts. I never would thought I'd even call the JW's a cult. It has taken some time to get used to openly bashing the witnesses. Now, it's like second nature and feels great!! I don't talk about my upbringing to many people ( not to co-workers or even friends until I get to know them). I had always felt like I was bringing reproach upon Jehovah's name. I am so happy not to feel like that anymore!!!!!!!!

Did you look like a Jehovah Witness?

i never dressed like one of them unless i was at the hall.
i think that people looking at me would never have guessed that i was a witness.

For the most part I looked like a witness at the hall. When the weather got cold I asked an elder why I couldn't wear a pants suit to the meetings, he'd said I'd mislead the flock! I got dirty looks for wearing a skirt above the knee. Now, when I go clubbing I love to wear my vinyl pants (they make the best spanking noise hehehehehe) and shiney halter tops....definitely no traces of previously being a JW.
My dad wore a White Sox shirt to work at a KH build. He also got lectured by the elders.

One time I just didn't give a s*** and went to hand it to her and she knew that I would fight her over it so she grabbed it and pulled it hard to her mouth. I let her have complete control over it. BAM! Right in the choppers. All this amplified for everyone to hear. And then the squeel of feedback. It was great.
undercover - Great story! LOL, I remember people like that. I've been to the congregations with the long poles attached to the mic and people still needed to touch it as it was passed!!

my rank is currently at an private first class.. originaly i wanted to go into military intel but decided against it as i went to basic much sooner if i went as a military police.
it seems that the army has instituted a new program where if i go back to my first choice and go with military intel i will recieve a promotion!
