hear the comments on the watchtower study, i knew that someone would say something about dateline or the silentlambs, because the watchtower article being studied is the march first issue that talked about the "slanderous media reports".. .

Most people think that once you leave the borg you stop being a Christian. On the contary, you just become a better one.

One big one that I just cant seem to shake off from the borg teachings is 1914. To me, thats black and white !!!!

my girlfriend was asked by her boss to lie.. it was a stupid little unnecessary lie in my opinion.

but i perceived it could have huge consequences if she were caught.. because she signed a non-disclosure agreement, i was not supposed to find out about this.

but i suppose her brain was tingling from doubts about putting her good name on the line to make someone else happy.. i tried to talk to her last night...i told her that she needs to stand up to him because he is trying to test her loyalty.. instead of wanting to discuss ways to speak her opinions, she wanted to blow it off by saying 'i could just get a new job'.. .

I have more or less become immune to lying. Once I went to get my hair cut so I was late for work in the morning. Yet another lateness was confronted with a disciplinary, In which I told my boss the reason why I was late ; that being my little sister was in fact on KIDNEY TREATMENT and that she woke up in the middle of the night complaining of severe pains. According to my version of events, I spent the night down accident and emergancy ( otherwise known to you yanks as the ER ) out of sheer worry because the last time she went to see a doctor, they told us that the next pain she has will be very serious.

Outlined here is the lie ;- I DONT HAVE A LITTLE SISTER !

All that for a lousy haircut.

I could name many in my congregation that I didn't like.

There was a crooked ass brother that made so much trouble for me and my family by not paying me for work I had done for him for over 3 MONTHS ! He was hypocrite amoung hypocrites. He even had the nerve to stand up at an assembly and talk about how wonderful his life is in the truth and how he quit a previous job he had because he wanted to get involved more ! LIAR ! He quit because the TAXMAN was on the firms back and he had to get out to save his bacon. Some elders knew of this, yet the let him continue as a M/S. I still long to exact revenge on that bastard for what he put me through, and I will.

Then there was a brother and his wife that moved to our congreagtion just before I stopped that were the most annoying people ever. I remember once his wife came in late when the song was playing and she stood next to her husband in the middle of the isle holding his hand and singing into his eyes. It was disgusting, a typical witness publicity stunt to keep in with the elders. Her husband, and elder, was an EX COPPER which didn't help things either.

ha ha.. seriously though: when you take all the witnesses from all over, how many really are pure and follow the rules perfectly?

I always felt so guilty because all I ever seemed to do was sin.

If I was doing something besides personal study in my spare time, I felt like I was sinning.

If I wasn't out on the service, It felt like I was sinning

If one day I felt good about myself because I was having fun doing something else it felt like I was sinning.

For a JW, the biggest problem is the internet. Putting a huge moral restriction on masturbation is criminal, its just totally unfair and unjust. When a JW's eyes are opened on the internet its a huge task for them to overcome, particulary with porn. That was my big problem I encountered.

i was standing on my front porch talking on my cell phone when three car loads of them pulled up down the street.

by the time i finished my conversation, one of the jws was standing on my sidewalk waiting for me to get off the phone.

i eventually did.
