The last time I took my parents to the Memorial, it was the same old same old. As I did when I was a young kid, I stared at the clock for the entire meeting and was thrilled when it was over. I also doped myself up pretty good to allow me to sit in my seat and not leave. There's no way I could handle sitting there for an hour while sober.

Those are the statements I found. I saw nothing particularly interesting about them, but there was one item that seems worthy of some attention. There's a line item on the cash flow statement with a Euro amount shown for 2022 only: "Change of capital and reserve without the profit/loss of the current year" in the amount of 11,185 Euros. This appears to be a withdrawal of cash that is not an expense of the business; therefore, it is not reflected in the income statement. Since it reduces the cash balance, it affects the balance sheet and the statement of cash flows.

LMSA,
It looks like you're at the right place. You can click "more information" on the balance sheet, income statement, balance sheet addendum, and cash flow statement to get the complete statements. They do not have a download feature, but if you print the financial statement to a .pdf file, it will produce a complete statement on .pdf.

I've asked a few folks on here for copies of the financial statements that accompany the notes to financial statements posted in this thread, but no one has been able to provide them, so I did some searching online and found what appears to be the financial statements for Ipsilon Media. I'm not that good with the technical side of this site; can someone advise how to post a .pdf file?

The best DPOA for Health Care forms are those produced by your local medical board (in the US, State medical boards). The doctors will respect these forms because they are familiar with them. You could draft a much better one, but in an emergency, anything but the forms the providers are familiar with will need to be cleared by hospital legal staff before the health care instructions are followed.

Thank you for posting the financial information, LMSA. I clicked on the link for the English document and found that it consists solely of the notes to the financial statements, which generally accompany financial statements to provide more detailed disclosure about the amounts set forth in the financial statements . Is there a separate link for the actual financial statements the notes pertain to?

I think his objective was more disgusting. I think he was "feeling out" Kim and Bob . . .
This is what I was getting at in my earlier post. I don't believe that the disclosure of his personal life was unintentional. Instead, I believe that he was "testing the waters" to see whether those subjected to his nauseating disclosures might be interested in "helping" him.
I feel bad for any human who has to look at his grotesque physical attributes during intimacy. The allegations of paying for sex are not at all surprising to me.
