  never in my life have i ever seen it snow around christmas time where i live.

  it's just a little and it will likely only collect a bit on the grass... but if we're lucky we will get to have a (sorta) white christmas morning!

  I can ill afford to lose the time from work but it's just better if I'm not out there. I work in Richardson (40mi one way). There is no way I'm getting out in all this. Nope. I'll leave it for the stronger of spirit ones to venture forth.

  I'm in Arlington. The only thing is that with this happening now and the temps still dropping, there will be many schools/offices closed tomorrow. The roads are going to be dangerous.

  It's accumulating on the rooftops here in Arlington. They say 1 - 3" in the city and 3 - 6" in the outlying areas. They're already posting schools/businesses that will be closed tomorrow because of the weather. We're going to get down in the 20s tonight so all this will freeze and gawd knows we can't drive on this stuff.
