several elders showed up to my house last weekend and i had no clue that strong resentment was brewing.

only several weeks has past now and i find myself in a midst of a storm.

bloody heck!!!!...

it's october 2nd and we've got snow!!!!

our power was out for about an hour this morning... it's still out in the area...their sending the kids home from school, but we've got power back on here in town... .

Gosh....it's 6 p.m. CT and it's 71F here. Been an absolutely wonderful day here. The high was 73F.

Snow...? in October? I don't know how y'all do it. I really don't.

i joined jwd october 2, 2002. i started posting in jan 31, 2003. i was scared off from october til jan. dealing with abuse and overwhelm with hearing from so many who have been abused and continues.. there has been definite healing over the year.

a couple of years ago i was part of an on-line writers group.

a few of us got together and wrote an anthology of xmas stories called tales of christmas.. i wrote a story about my first xmas after leaving the dubs.

the book is being published.

Well now...let's see.

Every marriage I've had as failed so I'm not real big on the marriage thing. I think people can bring something to each other without standing before someone who says "you want her? you've got her. she's yours. signed, sealed, delivered."

Single? I can be who I am without having to compromise a damn thing. Yeah...there are times when it's a little tiresome but overall....for me...right now...it's better.

It's all really very very complicated.
