Not saying this happened, but what if when Brown turned around, Wilson was scared and shot? Even though Brown only turned around? Then Brown stumbled towards him and he unleashed more including the fatal head shots?

If it was a stumble, it was a 21 feet stumble. The blood evidence and eyewitness testimony agrees that MB did a 21 foot charge at the officer. The video of MB pushing the store owner and menacing towards him show MB to be an aggressive person who would possibly do something like this. This helped convince the grand jury that Wilson was justified in killing MB by deadly force.

As expected the black community of Ferguson did not accept the forensic evidence, eyewitness testimony, and decision of the grand jury not to indict. And as expected the black community of Ferguson looted & burned the businesses of innocent Ferguson business owners. On a positive note.....the looters showed no racism as they equally looted & burned businesses no matter the race of the owners.

They released Wilson's testimony and witness testimony and are reading some of it on air.

From Wilson's testimony, after being punched in the face, and struggling with Brown from inside his cruiser, he finally pulled his gun and said "Stop it or I'll shoot", to which Brown replied "You're too much of a f---ing p----y to shoot me."

Witness #10 saw what happened outside the cruiser and said after at first running away, Brown turned around and full out charged Wilson starting about 10 yards away. Wilson fired several shots and stopped. Brown stopped for a second, then full out charged again. Then Wilson fired the second volley of shots which put him down. The witness testified Brown never had his hands in the air.

The civil rights lawsuit is surely next, and I would be surprised if the family doesn't get a sizeable settlement.

That's interesting......I didn't know big black thugs had the civil right that once they have been ID'd in a strong armed robbery to attack and beat on a police officer and attempt to take their gun away from them.

The POTUS, the AD, the Govenor, the FBI and Ferguson law enforcement all were involved in this and Officer Wilson still wasn't indicted. The Brown family will get nothing in a civil lawsuit.

Michael Brown verdict discussion policy

it's likely that the grand jury verdict on the michael brown incident will be released in the coming days or weeks.. i've no doubt many people are going to feel strongly about things whatever the verdict is.. whatever the outcome though, here's what's not going to happen:.

we're not going to put up with inflamatory language and comments designed to rile others up.

be respectful.. we will not allow accusations of racism simply because some have a view of the verdict that contradicts others.. there will not be invented evidence or claims being repeated - if it's been falsely reported or debunked then it's off limits.. it's not going to be an opportunity for people to air past gripes over past discussions.. if you feel that you cannot discuss the subject in a rational way then it may be better to simply avoid any topics on the matter.. please try to be objective and respectful if you do decide to comment and not keen to take offense.

No indictment against Officer Wilson. The evidence & testimony supporting Officer Wilson's version of the events is overwhelming. Justice has prevailed.

no not that letter.. so we hobbled along with the family relationship.

my parents (super-devout, highly involved and connected in jw-land,) spoke with me occasionally with that sad mopey voice.

at one point about 6 years ago, my mom quit speaking to me.

US Immigration Contradictions

are you having a hard time trying to figure out exactly which party (democrat vs republican) is pro or anti immigration?.

that is, both the democrats and the republicans are both pro and anti at the same time but for exctly opposite reasons and this is why they can't agree and sort anything out.. the republicans are the party of business.

they actually like immigrants - who's going to pick the crops and do all those low paid jobs that others won't?

This whole immigration controversy is full of contradictions. There are illegal immigration laws on the books, but Obama is willing to accept the vast majority of illegals already here. Yet, a U.S. citizen caught in Mexico without proper immigration paperwork would be lucky to escape a 2 year jail sentence. Even at the U.S/Canada border many good folks are not allowed to cross the border either way because of some minor offence in their past. There is quite a lengthy & expensive process to go through in order to legally immigrate. Are the illegals going to be made to comply with the process or is their criminal act just going to be forgiven? Seems contradictory, unfair to current citizen taxpayers, and unfair to U.S. citizens who would just like to go to Mexico or Canada to live or work.

What kind of white racist killer cop goes into a black neighborhood in broad daylight to help a baby in distress, then decides on the way out that he will harass 2 black men walking in the middle of the street with the intent to openly execute the biggest of them, but leave the other as a witness to the incident?

What's the background of Dorian Johnson the key witness? He has a criminal background, and a background history of filing a false polce report.

I cannot believe this incident has turned into a national story with rioting, looting & burning based on the farse lie of Hands Up, Don't Shoot.

The dead perp was a thug who was even caught in thuggery on video just minutes before trying to thug on Officer Wilson.

The key witness is a lying thug criminal.

Baby Momma was involved in gang violence thuggery after the inncident.

Many of the protesters are involved in acts of thuggery.
