  Witness Numbers Going Down???

  What physical activites do you practice?

  do you try to stay in good shape?

  to be healthy and stay healthy one must do a minimum of physical activites, even if it's only a small walk once in a while.

  no matter who you are, you must do a minimum of physical activities to stay healthy.. i walk alot, and go on bike once in a while.

  some things i know: latin, how to overclock intel processors, linear algebra, enough about web design to build a really lame,crappy webpage with hard to read text, quite a bit about the roman empire, all about the civil war, i can identify most bird species in my area, a respectable knowledge of plantaganet kings, alot about medieval central europe, where old cemetaries are in my surrounding area.

  how a diesel engine works.

  a good bit about vitamins,minerals and various beneficial herbs.how to rescue a drowning person who is attempting to pull you under.

  More assembly fun......

  most of early friday morning was standard watchtower fare...you know, "wear your lapel badge to restaurants and preach to waiters" etc.

  but there was some good meat later in the morning during the talk "glorious prophetic visions spur us on".

  one point i found interesting was that only the annointed saw christs acsension to heavenly rulership in 1914. no one else.

  Whaaaaa? Any alcohol amount that makes you "Giddy?" is too much??? Where does it say in the bible that alcohol raises ones spirits....

  They sure make people feel guilty in that religion about nothing, nothing, nothing! The chains are off me, and I am free!

  Name Things That You Can't Do If You Are A Witness

  there are so many things that you can't do if you are one of jehovah's witnesses.

  for example, you can't salute the flag or stand for the national anthem.

  can you think of different things you can't do if you're a witness??

  Feel good about yourself, if just once.....

  Feel safe........

  Feel loved.......

  district assembly 5/24/03 3:40 pm "beware of the voice of strangers".. 1) counterfeit words: beware of those using "counterfeit words".

  2) flirting: young ones need to avoid being lured into relationships with un-believers.. 3) you trust your christian parents...listen to them.

  you also trust those taking the lead among you..such as elders.

  Apostate in the dictionary states:
  
  One who has abandoned one's religious faith, a political party, one's principles, or a cause.

  Although we may be "Apostate" by leaving a cult, I wonder how they can rightly call news reports "Apostate"? By its very nature, the wording is wrong, wrong, wrong. Of course, they're blinded by the truth, right?

  Man, they sure don't like us too much, eh? How dare we talk about the weirdness that went on with our faith...

  Another congregation bites the dust

  the chino hills congregation in chino, ca is being dismantled due to lack of publishers.

  they are dividing the remaining ones into the two other chino congregations.

  seems attendance has dropped since the steve morales serial rapist thing.. it was a few years ago.

  i believe most witnesses do not want to even think about this question.

  confronting it is too painful for most.

  look at the way the typical jw lives now.

  Of course some do... but, let's be realistic. It probably won't. Everyone is getting lax again, and lots of people need to think about retirement.
