Ray Franz.....LIAR?

one of my witness family members agreed to take a look at crisis of conscience, and after.

perusing the first couple of chapters, said that she thought it could be all made up.

agreed that the documents presented could be legitimate, but as far as franz's personal.

To add my 2 cents here, Ray didn't grab the spotlight after he was df'd. If he wanted money and publicity, he would have done all sorts of interviews and been in headlines for weeks, etc... Also, the man did need to support himself and used publishing to do it. He had a small operation. He was not getting rich off the book.

mike adams here: i enjoyed my work at brooklyn bethel, mountain farm and w.t.

farm 1974 to 1979...worked with steve watters and so many others, ...remember one big factory worker giving me some static at the table i was waiting on so i dumped the full gallon of milk on his head and cooled him off quick!

also worked nights as walking watchman, and days as moving & maintenance crewman, our crew consisted of seven guys all named "mike"...one poor watchman wasn't watching and stepped into an open elevator shaft down at the squibb bldg...used to snowboard from 124 down to squibb and at night almost ran down a couple of governing body members in the hallway from 124 to 107 on those furniture coasters...also made trash runs with "marcus stapletonius" and if anyone remembers the wierd sounds of loud toilet flushing and laughter emanating from somewhere in the towers at night, that was me and mike presutti, the dual-headed 'phantom of the towers' playing with recordings and loudspeakers out the windows.

That was a good point Rem and unlike other aethiests on the board (I won't name anyone), you seem to be empathtic towards how faith can be a beautiful thing. Thanks for the post.

Last night I asked about getting reinstated...

after the meeting last night italked to some of the elders in the car park, and asked what more i neede to do to get reinstated.

they commended me on the things i've been doing (?

), and said the main point for reinstating would be how much contact i've been having with my fiance, who's still a wittness.

Dude, I don't care what you do, but you both need to figure out how to fade out of that religion asap and live a happy life without such outright and total interference and bull#@*#.

Why I think the jw's are a cult and not a religion

fortunately, it is not the case with me but this deal about parents not talking to their children who have been disfellowshipped is horrid.

it is bad enough for those who have been disfellowshipped, but to have their own family turn on them?

as such, i think the jw's are a cult as they separate families.

i'm moving this weekend and the computer i use belongs to my sister.

since i will no longer be living with her i won't have daily access to a computer.
