Sounds like alien abduction to me.

read here: what jesus says at matthew 24 .
36 but about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the son,[f] but only the father.
37 as it was in the days of noah, so it will be at the coming of the son of man.
Sounds like alien abduction to me.

a new site so i decided i needed a new look also, like so many others have done.. smiddy .
Like it! Change is good...

when i look at the front page of this site i wish there was a count for new members that joined.
that day, the month or even quartly.. the jdubs always brag about new members and how many are getting baptized.
but, yet they are still under 8 million with probably about half actually attending meetings.
My original post was acknowledging that I agree it would be cool to see the surge in members after an event like the Tony Turd disaster (branch visit).

well, the switchover happened - there were a couple of things i had to fix which meant the posting was disabled for longer than i planned but it's now enabled and some people have already posted.. if you have any questions about the new format or suggestions on how to improve it, please post them here.. if you are having trouble signing in or posting then you'll need to email me instead.. many thanks to everyone for their patience during the changeover !.
How do the like/dislike buttons work? I have tried a click a couple of them and nothing happens.
I will say though the updated design looks way more modern and I love that we can change our avatar and post pics straight from our computer. Thanks Simon!

earlier in the week someone posted the potential value of the jw website based on visits and if they used advertisements.
many stated they would never do that but i propose they could.. besides their real estate profit making business model, they have the conventions as cash generating machines.
they give directions to their members to which hotels/motels to use.
They are indirectly and directly making money from the site. Despite their claims, the site is 99% for the members.
The members can make donations once logged in under their username. You can make a one-time donation or setup recurring monthly donations to take place on the date of your choosing - how kind!
The site is a big way to posture themselves as "preaching the good news of the kingdom in all the inhabited earth" and for delivering content to the dubs which creates reciprocity (we give you a new video - you give us a donation).
Whether they ever setup a donation button for the public remains to be seen. For now they are wanting to look like this is all a free service for the Lord (lol).

jehovahs witnesses holding classes at palm coast training center.
by tony [email protected].
The training being done there is for the evangelizer school. I think they call it "School for Kingdom Evangelizers". I know one of the instructors.
They have done-away-with the school for single brothers and the school for christian couples etc. It's all combined now and even includes single sisters...gasp!
Lots of late twenty-something couples come out of there gung-ho for the WT. I know of a congregation near me that got like 3 of these couples at the same time. They basically took over the hall. All company men. Idealistic young people that think God sent them literally. They are all pioneers and on the fast track to more "privileges". They instantly begin being used on the circuit and district level - put on a pedestal.
So obvious what the org wants. They want people that are willing to be their go-boys. Dedicate your life to them. Wide-eyed zealots is what they want. Organization robots. True spirituality or love isn't important. The fact that they put these 30 year-olds on convention platforms when there are men in the audience much more sincere and probably have been studying the Bible since these kids were born, shows where the priorities are in the organization.
Become a full-time indoctrinated robot = get praise and pedestal.
Grow privately as a person developing real Christ-like qualities = take a seat in the audience.
Anyway, it is a school pumping out these robots. Why do they need another piece of real estate for this when they already have Patterson? GROWTH OF COURSE!
(it has nothing to do with real estate flipping ..*wink)

ldc semininar @ patterson nov 15-18, 2014 .
entire ldc dept included remote workers/design/legal/real estate/purchasing.
oversight.
Magnum - good stuff. Adcms - hilarious.
apog - as long as you have idiots lining up to drink this kool-aid, the scam will continue. I know of a long time elder that closed his business, sold his house, and moved to work at Warwick. He's there now. When he speaks of the organization, his eyes get big and he takes on the look of a child talking about Disneyland. It's embarrassing to watch. When do you ever see the WT counseling people to keep their adoration of the org in balance? Do you think they ever turn down donations that would produce hardships on the givers? Doubt it.
It's disgusting how the organization takes advantage of groupie people like this. They accept their worship and then pretend to have humility. I'm sorry there's more to humility than not wearing pope outfits.
