The "WE'RE ALL IMPERFECT" Theory.
by pistolpete ina recurring theme in this loyd deal is the we're all imperfect-----------excuse!.
the "we're all imperfect" phrase, is an over used watchtower membership cliche, embedded in the minds of jws and anyone that leaves.
in the real world, there is no such thing as "we are all imperfect".

never mind imperfection, even perfect people make huge mistakes.thing of jesus, he could have debunked the flat earth "theory", the Water above Everest myth, virus microbe cause of illness, mental illness vs "demon possestion" but failed to enlighten us, letting us wait for millennia of imperfect scientist to clear the air.
You wrote my mind . By the way, Jesus didnt make a mistake. The guys who fabricated the Jesus Gospels were so ignorant.

It is the the same annoying stupidity that I saw years ago at the book study when people would comment about a drawing in the book as though it were an actual photograph taken in the First century!
Very good. I would have the same feeling too
For Example: Jesus supposedly raising Lazarus back to life. How likely this would have really happened? IMHO not at all. And the WT would have given a very colorful picture of a dynamic and Smart Jesus commanding dead Lazarus to come out of the tomb and a Zombie walking towards him

Snakes walked on legs till the Eden curse Watchtower belief till 1974!!
by Witness 007 inwatchtower 1964 page 352 "....before god cursed it the snake had legs that elevated it off the ground.
god transformed its body so that it ceased to have legs and could move on its belly.".
book "gods eternal purpose"1974 - "god did not put a curse on the whole serpent family...it had only been victimised by satan...".

A god who is mightier that all the energy in this Universe, bargains with a mere mortal pharaoh to free his people. This didn’t make sense to me, even when I was a devout JW
And he hardens pharoahs heart not to free his people who are in slavery. Weirdo Indeed

Are JW's Sins Forgiven? NO - (Says the Watchtower)
by Sea Breeze inanyone who has been of this forum in the past few days has seen doubting thomas (an active jw) refuse over and over to provide even one scripture that can show how a jw can get their sins forgiven while outside of the new covenant as described in mt.
26: 27-28. yet, he claims to believe in the blood covering of jesus while at the same time personally rejecting the new covenant "for forgiveness of sins".
his contradictory claims are common among jw's.

The concept of "jesus forgives our sins" is an imaginary thing invented by the churches that would be forgiven by an Imaginary myth called Jesus

Faith-Apostasy-Atheism
by DoubtingThomas ini have been on m any different forums, and only carm is similar to this.. all the rest have rather hypocritical trust in god.. this and carm are for those who apostate to the wtbs and to god.. turned off by the gb, or hypocritical examples in the congregation, they drop worshiping god and their belief in the bible... for they know too much,.
that's why scripture isn't discussed, and jws like me, are demonized.. i am cool with that!
maybe some of you will come to their senses!.

If you are truthful and bold enough, your faith would turn into apostasy and finally Atheism. Your title speaks for itself.
Truthful and bold enough means Examining the Bible Or other so called religious texts with an Open mind and standing for the truth.

Do Jehovah's Witnesses shun non-believers and those who leave the faith?
by Vanderhoven7 ingraeme hammond writes:.
in his 2002 book that examined the behaviour and practices of jehovah’s witnesses, english sociologist andrew holden devoted an entire chapter to the trauma and friction experienced by those who choose to leave the jehovah’s witness religion.
“those who do eventually break free,” he concluded, “are seldom allowed a dignified exit.”.

Why would Jehovah's Witnesses be required to shun members who disassociate themselves?
FEAR. Because those who disassociate know the truth about the WT and cults consider this as a very dangerous
threat to their remaining members
