  VEGAS BABY!

  so, i'm going to vegas for 3 days (march 14-17) and don't gamble.

  anyone know a nice church i can sit in for a few days?

  looking for must do in vegas recommendations.

  here's a confessional for those who would like to admit to anything:

  1) i absolutely love buffy the vampire slayer - sure i'm almost 35, married with a 2 year old, with a degree in history.

  now with season 6 coming out on dvd i have 200+ hours!

  all - it's been months since i've been here.

  my family & i moved from nyc to texarkana, tx and are currently looking for a house to buy.

  i can not believe how stressful it was to live in a city that's constantly on the 'let's bomb' radar.

  as of nov. 13th i won?t be able to check out this board as often as i would like.

  after 9 years, the 14th is my final day working for the military (active duty army, then civil service job).

  my husband resigned from the marines and is currently working in management and so we?ll be moving to a new location nov. 19th

  What happens when you leave.....fade out...disappear?

  so i'm considering having a 'talk' with my father about being a jw (maybe giving him c of c) and all that i'm finding about the wts.

  there are many levels to this and i was wondering what happens when you fade out?

  what was 'that' feeling replaced with for you?

  all - of course i'm new to this board (or any board) and have an 'issue'.

  my father and step-mother are both jw's and i know i can't argue with them.

  however they're important to me and yet after a visit, i feel as if they are chipping away at my own spirit.
