If you can't agree with something in the Bible, that's the proof that that particular portion or verse is man's word. Because you are God' child, you are made in His image. If you can't approve certain things, means God too will not approve such things.

End results can determine worth of anything! (Mathew 11:19) By this simple criterion, scientists and religions are not very reliable. Science has brought more harm than help. Religions are good when they start, but later they go greedy and violate basic human rights.
Hence one should try for his own proof for the existence of God. How? Bible can give you ingredients for you to do your own experiments! It contains both God’s word and man’s word. You just need to weed out man’s word. (Mathew 13:25, 26, 30; Acts 20:28-30; 1 Thessalonians 5:20-22) All those verses that are very healthy, solid, and self-explanatory are God’s word. For example: Mathew 5:44-48; Deuteronomy 10:17 and Romans 2:11 which say: Be imitators of God who does good to both “the evil and the good” are God’s word. Its opposite that says: “Shun those who are not of our sort; don’t even greet them!” is man’s word.
Ingredients Bible Provides
Bible says God is our real Father (Mathew 23:9); our caring mother (Isaiah 66:13) reliable Guide (Psalm 48:14; 49:15); our Sweet Heart (Isaiah 54:5) and Faithful Companion (Isaiah 30:21) …..
You may pick up any or all of these relationships and take God as an upper tank of that quality/ies, and you as a lower vessel. Then link your consciousness to God. According to the Principle of SIPHON, His qualities will start flowing into your consciousness. You start receiving those positive vibrations, positive qualities. The more you link and concentrate, the more you receive as in the case of a lens placed against sun light!
Try this for some months with one or more qualities. You will not only have first-hand proof for the existence of God, but also you can even become “perfect” in any quality you want. (Mathew 5:48)

Why the Grand Gestures?
by bemused inwhen i visit this forum, i'm always a bit surprised by those members who, on deciding they no longer wish to be a witness, write long letters to the elders, set out their reasoning in e-mails to family and friends, attend judicial meetings to have their say etc.
i've never heard of an ex-catholic, for example, writing a resignation letter to their parish priest.. i'm a never-in so i can't appreciate the emotions these people are going through.
however they also often say a big worry is loss of contact with family and friends.

This is what two of my best friends did. They were very promising young Elders who used to give talks in DCs. They decided to fade! And they put the blame on their “demanding” secular jobs. They never told anybody (except a few like me) the real reason.
Even I did the same!

And adherents of such beliefs made it appear that all scientists were of same opinion.

Sir Rudolf Peierls, another great 20th-century physicist, wrote, the premise that you can describe in terms of physics the whole function of a human being including knowledge and consciousness,is untenable. THERE IS STILL SOMETHING MISSING.
But quantum physics has now ushered in this enormous amount of uncertainty in matter that can only be resolved with the interaction of A MIND ON IT. If the human mind transcends matter to some extent,could there not exist minds that transcend the physical universe altogether? And might there not even exist an ultimate Mind?

You can disagree--that is the beauty of cause and effect principle!
Cause and effect principle is all about freedom and benefit!
1) You know better than anybody that your present is the result of the choices you made in the past—hence it follows that your future will be the result of choices you make in the present! Hence you can have control your future; hence it is about FREEDOM!
2) You want to take a particular course of action, and you have countless examples of people who have ALREADY taken such a course and reaped its consequences. Hence you can choose only those actions which brings benefits to you; hence it is about BENEFITS.
God has no role to play, because Cause and Effect mechanism DOES it any way!

Atheists are reluctant to personify that PRIMARY CAUSE as God because of the history of religions which became a synonym for greed and human rights abuse.
[Principle of Causation can originate only from a Master Designer who is altruistic as its primary objective is our own benefit.

In the East, religions teach that we are all Gods (which would mean even a terrorist/pedophile is also a god).
In the West, religions teach that God had to murder the most innocent child of His to forgive the sins of some of his children (which means God is so bankrupt of ideas that He became the greatest sinner as to remove the sins of some people). And even after such a costliest act, still SIN rules as king over manikind!
