Here is an interesting view by a scientist (Peter Lynds)
"Why there is something rather than nothing"
a few weeks ago, discoveries were made that show that there is another dna code language that rides on top of the already incredibly complex 4-letter code previously discovered.
this newly discovered code apparently regulates how genes work.
as i noted in a previous thread, the amount of data storage available in the dna storage system just the size of a pin-head would filll a stack of books stacked from your driveway to the moon .... 500 times!

1) medicine, if taken carelessly, can kill a person!
this came to the light because the one died was a wife of union minister, who was an under-secretary in un before.
this can happen, because it was over-dosage.

OK (here is the link: http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/Drug-overdose-cause-of-Sunanda-Pushkars-death-AIIMS-autopsy-report/articleshow/29118949.cms)
2) Have you heard of former president Clinton’s misery? His mistake was that He trusted high-profile doctors and underwent many bypass surgeries, but all in vain. However, when he tried 'China Study Diet' or 'Whole Food Plant Based Diet (WFPB)' and decided to follow the diet for six months even though not very strictly, within six months his clogged arteries cleaned up, calcium deposits washed away, stent got removed, weight reduced to normal and he became an active energetic and charismatic man as he was while he was the president of USA.
3) In India the total number of patients dying of angiography on the diagnosis table every year equals to the total number of people killed in all the terrorist attacks put together from 1987 to 2013! An impartial study would reveal that more often patients die of the complications of the surgery and the long term side effects of the medication involved, rather than by the disease itself!
This is not to alarm you, but just to suggest that how cautiously we will have to tread our paths.—Proverbs 22:3
jehovahs witnesses are a teaching and preaching organization.. however, history shows that teachings do not make people self-motivated to do good or to be spiritual.
(mathew 23:37, 38) hence god will not choose an organization to serve no purpose!
in fact, he simply denounces preachers, teachers and miracle-performers.
You aptly said: “They really do put their trust in nobles.”
I personally witnessed something so detestable in connection with this, very recently. I was attending a JW Wedding feasts. It was a grand wedding. Among the invitees, there were some Disfellowshipped ones too, who happened to be the fleshly relatives of the bride-groom. Among the disfellowshipped ones, there was one very rich man. He was given special attention by elders—even more than the bona-fide JWs. This is something James could not even have imagined would ever happen when he wrote James 2:2-4

It seems you have a SUPER-human eyes into the past of JWs—very good.
Very wonderful quotes from WT
Both of your memories and the prompt linking are the proof of divine providence.
What proof do we require to say God exists?!

That is a very apt, and bold observation!

I appreciated your simple way of putting things under HOW and WHY! It is very nice.
Yet if we apply the same logic to scientists and their inventions, your argument may waver!
You take a wonderfully working robot, and you can explain so wonderfully the “HOW” of it, as being purely made of material elements, and leave out the “WHY” of it—those intelligent scientists who painstakingly designed it and their VERY purpose. Yet the unanswered question of WHY will remain MORE PRONOUNCED than the answered question of HOW?

What a realistice OBSERVATION! Thank you for that.
This reminds me of what happened in our place. A rich man had a daughter who was very ugly-looking, hence was finding it difficult to get her married. In desperation, he had her married to a blind man. And they were leading a happy married life. Years passed. One day, rich man had a visitor who was his childhood friend. When he saw the rich man’s son-in-law, he suggested that there is a capable doctor in his city who can cure this type of blindness. Rich man became sad within, and began to resist the idea. If you were his friend, you would assert your point with more and more force and will end up in troubled relationship with the rich man. For you do not know that the reason behind his refusal is his convenience—he is afraid of the possibility that once cured of his blindness, his son-in-law may abandon his wife!
It also reminds me of this chinese proverb:
"One fish asked the other, Do you believe in this ocean that they talk about?"
Many do not realize our limitation! We see the world from our limited perceptual framework. Despite an overwhelming evolution of the human race, the human mind is severely restricted by what it can perceive through the senses. What we hear is limited by the frequencies our ears can process. Dogs can hear many higher frequencies and hence have a very different perception of the same sounds. Our sight is limited by the light frequencies our eyes can relate to; since pit vipers can sense heat from infrared rays they must construct the same world rather differently. If we had a different receiver mechanism, we would be hearing other frequencies and seeing in new ways.

where do you get your morality from?
don't assume that atheists don't have morals.
Why put the onus on God? It's child's responsibility to be grateful to the Father for the providence he enjoys from Him and to speak for Him! It is a good sign that ice has started to melt in some parts of the world! A whole bunch of scientists from various disciplines in the US seem to have leaped headlong into the fray as if wanting to catch up with time lost chasing more empirical entities. Andrew Newberg, Director of Research at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, scans peoples brains while theyre having a spiritual experience and concludes that the neurobiology of mystical experience arose, at least in part, from the mechanism of the sexual response. Meanwhile, Dean Hamer of the National Cancer Institute is trying to link religion/spirituality to a specific gene called VMAT as a result of twin studies. Psychiatrist Rick Strassman traces spirituality to a single compound called DMT that he believes triggers mystical visions and suggests its produced in the pineal gland. Neuroscientist Todd Murphy markets the Shakti Headset machine so one can explore ones consciousness. And Vilayanur Ramachandran, another neuroscientist, has presented evidence of how the brain processes spiritual experience after noticing that people with temporal lobe epilepsy have stronger religious feelings. Of course, the research is all comfortably couched in organic functionality and molecular language. Thats inevitable. But the fact is, like consciousness studies which were once considered anathema in scientific circles but have now made a respectful comeback, the spiritual side of human beings is also being explored by science.

where do you get your morality from?
don't assume that atheists don't have morals.
For atheists, this life is all there is. Some may offer themselves whimsical comfort by saying that before this slice of life happened, there was an infinite period when we didn’t exist and after we die, there is going to be another infinity when we wont either. Nevertheless since there is no evidence to the contrary we may find ourselves continuing in some kind of post-mortem existence, with no overtones of paradise, retribution or any kind of divine paraphernalia. Of course, this is an area that only fringe researchers explore, yet even some prestigious scientists, notably the impeccably credentialed Ian Stevenson, who was director of the Division of Personality Studies at the University of Virginia, have endorsed it. Among other things, he devoted the last 40 years of his life to the scientific documentation of past-life memories of children from all over the world. In the end, he had over 3, 000 cases on record in his files and many people, including sceptics and scholars, agree today that these offer the best evidence yet for life after death. But heres the twist: almost all non-spiritual atheists regard his work or the evidence he may have garnered over a lifetime as nonsense, while conveniently forgetting that Dr Stevenson was as much an atheist as any of them, if not more. Its just that some people believe in a far richer non-theistic experience than one that has only an arid landscape on the horizon with little other than chance and nothingness calling the shots.
For example, Karl Marx viewed religious belief as a reflection of humanity on itself and maintained that divinity was an idealised version of humans inkling of their potential. It was natural, therefore, for him to suggest that the correct way to propagate freedom was to present the truth to individuals and let them choose to accept or deny it. Contrary to popular belief, he never suggested prohibiting religion. Nevertheless, what he did say was, Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world and the soul of soulless conditions. It is the opium of the people. Meaning, the abolition of religion as the illusory happiness of the people is, in fact, the demand for their real happiness. To call on them to give up these illusions about their condition is to ask them to give up a condition requiring illusions.
The whole problem is that God is not well-presented by greedy religions that turned out to be human-rights violators.
Another problem is that there is no universally acceptable answer to the question: Why does not God stop human suffering? (which of course God did not start)
