How do the writers of the WT know she was committing some wrongdoing and is unrepentant? They are making unsubstantiated conclusions. Only Jehovah supposedly reads hearts.
Not everyone that gets DF'd has been Df'd justly. Like me I was unjustly DF'd and was repentant. I did not commit a sin either. This infuriates me and I will make sure my son know this is all utter nonsense to cause divisions and isolation and manipulation.

well its that time again when the ghouls come out to play.
i personally think halloween is a bit irresponsible and inappropriate from a sociological perspective.. there's something about the intent of frightening young impressionable children minds with frightening objests.
and feeding them candy which most likely cause tooth decay and stomachs is irresponsible activity conducted by adults.
I am not looking forward to it at all. I wanted to have fun and do something festive. But I have been unsuccessful in making plans.
I tried about three weeks ago to make plans with various people in my life, sadly to no avail.
This just reminds me of my social life that I lost in WT.

I think the key to sexual compatibility is generosity.
If your partner is generous towards you before you have sex you can guarantee they will be during sex also.
There is no hard and fast rule as to whether or not pre marital sex is an advantage. Open communication is what's more important.

hi.i've been pouring over this site for the past few days looking for some advice and i hope there is someone here that can help a guy out.
i'm desperate.....short bio: i came into the organization after high school and shortly after married a wonderful girl who was born-in.we have been happily married now for nearly 20 years and things were well until 2015 hit.
by the way, i currently serve as an elder and have the ""privilege"" of being the "watchtower overseer".. either here nor there, we were told we would never have children but late last year my wife became prego!!

I am so sorry for your loss it's a deep wound to lose a child or children like this. I understand your position that you don't want to preach about falsehoods any more. Stepping down as an elder is your first move.
As a woman if I was in her position, I would appreciate extra attention. So you could take her for nice meals out and day trips on a meeting day. Tell her she needs to heal and missing the odd meeting will benefit her if you both are doing something productive. Get her to talk about how she feels about waiting so long to have children and if she has any regrets. You can use this to undermine the GB.
These would be steps I would respond to as a woman.

Your son sounds like he wants to please both you and his mother. Could he be very confused right now? It's awful they way WT is manipulating pre teens and teenagers.
When you speak with him highlight to him to really be honest with you about his feelings and say you respect his beliefs and choices, but want him to be honest with you. It's only from real openness and honesty can you get through to him.

Crazyguy, sorry this is happening. My son is 14 too. I feel your pain. Sorry that your planting seeds hasn't worked for you.
My son has seen injustice in the congregation so his bad experience has shaped his opinions and planting seeds has been successful for me.

a single sister in her 40s and her two single daughters were visiting my mom.
i would say her daughters are in their early 20s.
my mom got sleepy and we put her to bed but the three sisters stayed to finish their drinks..
It sounds like the daughters have critical thinking skills. They are not going to be fooled into marrying an indoctrinated power hungry guy.
The mother is on a losing battle.
