I am SO tempted ! to join the FSM Church !
by Phizzy inthe netherlands has recognized the church of the flying spagetti monster as an official religion !!.
i am so tempted to join it openly, and see what the reaction of the jw's is, surely they should df me for joining another religion?.
but how silly would that make them look !

Welcome to the board. You have been given lots of advice some I agree with and others I don't. But ultimately you are in a sticky situation and you have to do what's best for you and your daughter.
I was DF'd and divorced. This is most definitely the worst way to leave. So if you could leave any other way and keep relationships in tact I would.

I agree Simon is great....even if he called me a drama queen in another thread. He is still someone I respect for spending so much time on this site to support ex JWs.

Did you KNOW Ray and Cynthia or the legal copyright holder? Only a few maybe had limited contact.
by blondie ini have known all of them over the last 15 years, talked at length with them, and knew what their wishes were, the copyright holder and spouse spent even more time with them socially and helping them set up their arrangements for when ray and cynthia passed.
i don't believe that anyone else on this board or others was a confidant.
there is no need to prove it to anyone but the copyright office which is satisfied with this.

I am with you Diog, well said I have read the reddit OP and Cedars was sincere about his wrong doing.
I have also had an email from Deborah the CRH after asking her some questions. She was very swift in replying within hours, which I was impressed with, but pretty much repeated what she said in her public statement. I won't say anything else as it was a private email except to say she seemed more concerned about warning me about PDF copyright law than anything else. I thanked her and didn't get into a debate. But I was unsatisfied with her response.

I doubt it WMF......when you read what the CPH....has written in her statement it seems she has good intentions.....but doesn't set any firm deadlines due to her ill health.
