I didn't watch the whole stupid thing. I was disgusted the minute I saw Rodney Thompson. This guy was a dick. When he was here in Florida he pranced across the stage at assemblies like a king holding court.

I recall his crusade against one of the assembly hall overseers. He had a real vendetta going, but didn't realize that the guy he wanted to unseat had more clout than he did. Hah! What a jerk.

I always wondered about the indoor air quality of those facilities after being packed for a days long program. The management always kept the AC at a barely tepid temperature to save money, whether it was them or the Crooklyn folks I don't know. Are those facilities HVAC systems made for all day long use or just a few hours?

How many folks get sick after attending 3-5 days all day long jammed in like cattle?

If the teachers examined the device as the article seems to indicate, they would have clearly seen that there were no explosives. I offer dumbrellas to the students, it's getting awfully dumb out there. If there was some real concern why didn't the first teacher take it for safe keeping with a promise to return it later?

Have they wrecked this kids future with an arrest? What a way to stifle creativity.

The dubs have built an entire belief system along with a hierarchy to enforce it based on this one scripture. I could never understand this scripture as applied when I was a dub.

i took a quick trip to the store and i happened to see a young man (about 26-28 years old) who got baptized about the same time i was leaving- about 2 years ago.

a couple of pioneer sisters found him in the door to door work.

one of them, a very attractive girl.

Does she have to be 40-50 years of age and do they need to know each other for 10 or 20 years? I know several that have done that and are now in their 60s and still single.

Witnesses are a gossipy bunch. They're like chickens, find a little flaw and they'll peck you to death. So regardless of the circumstances some dub will find something to complain about or find fault with. They'll have the back room setup before the sun sets.

I had been at Bethell for a week or so working on a special project, I remember walking down one of the tunnels past Ted and Melita. I spoke and they both ignored me, she looking down her nose as if I wasn't worthy of acknowledgement. I said well "huh... I never" and then I got a muttered response. "Enjoy being with my dear brothers and sisters".... maybe with a paper handshake at hand.
