....i am so frikkin obsessed about the jw lies and my newfound truths about them, and it is prob driving me crazy or causing depression.....if i wake up in the middle of the night, i never get back to sleep as my mind starts racing about jw crap and how it affects my marriage, and then how can i make this marriage work with her such a hardcore dub....i told my wife i now realize i am an abusive husband.....i must stop talking to her about the real truth!!

!..........it is killing her inside and we have had soooo many bad discussions that turn into arguments......on top of that she says she is now closer to jah and the org than at any other time in her life, that now that she has no positive direction from me, she relies totally on jehovah and prays to him more than ever..... we talked about separation, and that i was going to lose her over our religious differences........i feel so sorry for what i have put her through, and i know that if i can not really shut up with my ohsohelpful comments of truths about this truth she will leave me due to "spiritual endangerment".......and she said she is damm close to that happening.....i told her i knew it to and would so hate to lose her due to our religious differences.

at my recent shepherding call, they said to try and stop focusing on the negatives i have found in jw, and focus on the good things...and that is not a bad idea even if i never go back to meetings....there are good things about dubs....the efforts at ending racism and at least for me, some really good lifelong friends.......even their hope for the future was pretty good to me, even though it is a bunch of crap and i no longer believe the bible is gods word or inspired.....it does have some good suggestions for a happy life and ideas as to how to treat others........but so do just about every holy book of other faiths........ i had plans to start going to some meetings with my wife, but today, after a sleepless night i told her i just dont think i can do it, and just as she strongly believes it is the truth, i do not, and that i think the guys on the gb are not led by holy spirit cause if she will read the proclaimers book, she will see we have never gotten a single bible inerpretation of prophecy correct.......so she says "so what is there?

It is part of the psychological effects of the religion. It is difficult of members of a cult to aknowledge that everything they had been taught and previously accepted was based on an illusion and are not true. My recommendation is to completely steer free of anything related to Witnessism altogether.

Once you become engaged by one of the hot button subjects of Witnessism, you will find an auto matic reflex that triggers the emotions all over again. I understand the struggle to break free. But please know from someone who has learned, there is a high level of peace and tranquility (more than I have ever experienced within the religion) of letting go and accepting the true facts associated with this life.

I rarely even ever look at this web site, (it seems so pointless to morass and rhuminate) but once in a great while I like to share my own experience with someone.

Enjoy the real life!

simpathy card, read this............ gotta get this off my chest

in our tri state area (ny/nj/pa) we have this tall black brother (i think lived in malawi up 'till 7 years ago).. every time he does a talk he spends 10 minutes with the lifesaving hand of jehovah, true life experience of his, and the bla bla bla of how he had to hide in forest.

and was a wisper away from getting his head cut off.. now this is tearjerking, but after hearing him say the same bla bla bla for the past 7 years............ my question is this?---> is someone allowed to play this sympathy card forever?.

Yes, pretty irrational isn't it? It is like all of the mindless drip of experiences that are relayed on the stage. The Jehovah Witless don't even think about what it really means. Because they don't think now do they?

So God is pretty selective at saving this person or that person, while others suffer, die or worse,,,, Why? Is it because this person or that person is more faithful, God liked them better, they put more in the contribution box, spent more time in field service than the other person? What is the reason why God chose the others to suffer and die? What is it with thier God anyway?

It is like the senseless people in other religions that are so quick to attribute the miraculous saving of thier trailer while God chose to wipe out the rest of the town with the tornado. Might I be so bold as to suggest that God is not involved at all in these events?

Of course it is hard to reason with people who have turned off thier minds,,,,, What is the point?

Ciro Aulicino - Watchtower Man for Life

using various online databases i looked up what was available on ciro aulicino who is well known for getting the watchtower signed up as an ngo with the united nations.

the following information was returned.

note that his residences have all been at watchtower owned addresses.. considering his age, and dependence upon the watchtower for most of his life, ciro probably won't be considering any change in his relgion!.

Ciro was my Table head when I was in Bethel. I was positioned between him and his wife and a brother who worked in the service department at the foot of the table. After spending a short period of time, I reached the conclusion that he was pretty much a nutball. I mean a seriously abnormal individual that would not be able to function in normal society.

To think that people like this are involved in the hierarchy of the organization is a reflection of the kind of human business that it is,,,,,

I have learned that Religion is most certainly a business and a big one at that,,,,

both parties made the iraq war and the war on terrorism key issues in their campaigns and voters responded at the polls.

bob greene, 49, of new haven, said he is a jehovah's witness and does not usually vote but considered this election too important to miss.

Bob Green spoke like a true idiot witness. Its a good thing witnesses dont vote, they would no doubt contaminate the political process with rediculous view points like that.

Thats easy. Target - the stores are clean, the help is helpful, courteous, the shopping experience is pleasant.

Walmart is from the Devil. I am antiWalmart. I despise there horrible heavy handed tactics they use in working with suppliers, they are an arrogant, disgusting organization and I will never, ever step foot in a Walmart. I dont give a rats **s if the crap they sell (made in other countries) is 50 cheaper, I think it nis bad for the economy of this country. [removed]

New Nail Polish!

i had quit wearing nail polish because it chips, etc.

but i happened to buy revlon's new "10-day system" for $5.99 for two bottles: the color and the top coat.. i did a french manicure and it has lasted with nary a chip or peel for 7 days now!

and i've scrubbed stuff, done dishes, washed my car and on & on it lasts!.

If someone did call, I would appreciate thier concern and effort. I understand that to them, it is a holy and momentous event. I would be respectful of that fact. Sometimes you should look beyond the people and look at what the significance of the event is.

i was once told that john denver (folk singer of songs like rocky mountain high and such) was on the tonight show one night.

he was a huge patriot and apparently had no love whatsoever for jw's.

apparently as the story goes, john gets up to sing a patriotic song and before he begins tells the audience "if there are any jehovah witnesses in the audience, you may want to leave right now.

How about some other ones - Like the wave hushed rumors when it was discovered that the Blue Smurfs were demonic. Reports were coming through that some witness families had walked in to thier nursuries only to find that smurf dolls were committing a vicous bloody attack on little defenseless babies.
