Good Idea Mum, Ill gladly pitch in the first $100. Can you imagine they would finally be shed of all the "worldy" people. Dont have to worry about field service, they are all Witnesses, no need to worry about the earth ending, Mars isnt going anywhere. Men who lived almost a thousand years.....it makes me speculate!
by Terry ini was waking up out of a sound sleep and a complete thought presented itself to me.. i should write it down.. so here goes.. the bible says adam lived 930 years.
methuselah lived 969 years.. now.... that led to other thoughts.... seems more likely the old stories of adam and methuselah use a word misunderstood by some later writer and maybe a confusion resulted.. maybe the word should have been moons.
like the apache use to say, "i've lived many moons...".. after all, the word month is a corruption of the earlier word moonth which means 30 days.. the lunar calendar was a very popular means of counting time waaaaaay back in the olden days.. .

Nothing worst than a Thief!
by Jomavrick ini had an expensive pen i carried with me at work, it had sentamental value because i purchased it with my wife in venice after a tortuous attempt to find a store that carried fine pens.
last year it went missing, i was mortified that it just dissapeared and painstakingly retraced everything i did the previous day.
i concluded it got left on the table at a business lunch i had the day before.

LHG, I know after it happened I swore I wouldnt buy anything above a Bic pen.
Oh and I managed to lose my wallet 3 weeks ago, fell out of my pocket on the motorcycle. I noticed it 5 blocks from home, turned right around and it was gone. (I think the neighbors lawn service guy nabbed it). To compound it, I had just cashed a check and had about $650 in it and it was a Louis Vitton wallet (present from my wife on a trip). Im feeling like a complete idiot these days and my wife is never shy to remind me of that too
